Absolutely the best tour from Melbourne to the Yarra Valley! Craig is an incredibly personable and an excellent tour guide. He kept us on time, went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our time. The search for the Kangaroos was a highlight and he allowed for time to get as close as possible, take pictures and find their favourite spots. The duration of the tour is perfect, not too long or too short! I would recommend this to anyone searching for cheese, chocs, champagne, wine, and roos!

We had an incredible day with Yarra Valley Touring Co.! Craig, our driver, picked us up from Healesville and tailored a private tour just for us. He was relaxed, knowledgeable, and knew the Yarra Valley region and its vineyards inside and out. What stood out was Craig’s flexibility, he was happy to adjust the itinerary on the fly, but the spots he had already chosen for us were absolutely perfect.

One of the highlights was visiting Yerring Station, where we had the pleasure of meeting the world-famous Julia Roberts (aka Margaretta)! She was a brilliant host and made the experience even more memorable. Craig our guide also really got our sense of humor, which made the day even more enjoyable. All in all, it was a fantastic day out, and we highly recommend this tour for anyone looking to explore the Yarra Valley in style!

Very nice experience — tour guide Craig was very knowledgeable and fun! We loved also the additional information about Melbourne’s history on the ride out of the city. The itinerary is very well planned, not too much driving and not too much (or any) waiting at all. We liked that we were a small group so it felt almost like a private tour.

Great half day tour with Craig as our awesome guide, chose this tour as it started slightly later and we got to see kangaroos! Recieved a reminder email a day before with the meeting details! Meeting location was at Federation Square Bus & Coach Pickup Drop-off area, there was a toilet there before boarding the mini-van. While driving out of the city, Craig shared some history of the area even giving us quizzes with prizes. The first stop was Yarra Valley Dairy which was about an hour ride, and we got to try different type of cheese. The next stop was 5mins away, Chandon, where we got free salted fries, and purchased our own sparkling wine to try. Next stop was the Yering Station Winery where we got to taste different types of wine, followed by the next stop at the Yarra Valley Chocolaterie & Ice Creamery, where we got to taste multiple chocolates. Time was given to purchase your own Ice cream and chocolates as souvenirs. Finally, we were driven into the exclusive eastern golf club to see kangaroos! We had an hour drive back to Federation Square to conclude the tour around 7.15pm. overall a delightful tour experience.

Craig was excellent guide, delivering at every stop. Presentations at cheese, wine, and chocolate tastings were informative and entertaining. And we saw 100s of kangaroos in the wild. Pacing for the day was perfect and value was just right. A great day.

Craig is very nice and knowledgeable about all the wine, chocolate, kangaroos and Australia! The trip to Yarra Valley makes my stay in Melbourne (which I have no previous expectations at all). Craig (and his son who picked us up from our accommodation in Healesville and met us at Yarra Dairy) were awesome. Good day out, great host who was certainly tolerant of our Mum's annual weekend away to the Yarra. Good vineyards, great cheeses, even better cider and a gin padel at 4 Pillars to close out the afternoon. Would highly recommend this small business to anyone considering doing the Yarra.

Had an amazing overnight stay in the Yarra Valley, with a private guide. Experiencing the Yarra with Craig was a unique and amazing experience. He took us to the best places and made sure we got an amazing stay, in the short time we visited.
