I can highly recommend the Wellness Hotel at Bangor Shopping Centre. Apart from the gentle ambiance of the WH, Kate has a deep understanding of the benefits of complementary healing, and she has successfully imparted her knowledge to her team. I want to express my gratitude to Kate; it's truly rare to encounter someone so passionate and knowledgeable, who I can have confident will provide me with the best advice.

I've just discovered the Hydromassage Lounge, a solution for pain relief and improved circulation. The lounge has various comfort settings, and after just a 20-minute session, I felt relaxed and comfortable. Additionally, I've experienced significant relief from my asthma symptoms through the use of the infrared salt sauna, especially after the recent bushfire burn offs.

Kate and her team's dedication, knowledge and experience are a true asset, and I hope that others take the opportunity to experience the incredible services and care they provide at the Wellness Hotel in Bangor. Thank you Kate!

Love love love this place, I have been having treatments at the Wellness Hotel for 12 months and absolutely love it. Kate, the owner is beautiful, kind, and full of knowledge on what treatment and or experience is right for you at this time in your life. Recently they ran a fasting retreat the first of its kind and I was lucky to be a part of this incredible group led by an amazing doctor. Truly an experience that will change your life forever I didn't want it to end. Cannot recommend Kate and the Wellness Hotel enough!

Had my first visit to The Wellness Hotel yesterday. I treated myself to an hour float. My goodness, it was amazing! Having never experienced a float before I was given helpful advice before and after about the benefits etc. I loved the little 'pool' and appreciated the shower afterwards. Such a wonderful space, they've thought of everything. Highly recommend a visit & I can't wait to return!

I saw Taryn for the Deluxe Steam and Body Massage treatment. Taryn was so lovely and calming, as soon as I walked inside I felt instantly relaxed and at ease. My treatment involved a massage, facial, steam pod with some intuitive healing. I left feeling amazing and like I was floating on a cloud. This definitely superseded any regular day-spa experience.

The Wellness Hotel is an amazing addition to the local area and I can't wait to go back for another treatment. Kate has created a beautiful sanctuary for wellness and mindfulness. Thank you xx

Incredible! Must go! As soon as you step inside it is like you are in a different world not a shopping centre. It is all layed out beautifully. The yoga room space is amazingly tranquil. I did a 60m open pool float which was incredible! The feeling of being weightless and no pressure on any joints is so amazing. Relaxing to a meditation track in darkness with just the star lights on. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, all round amazing experience highly recommend!

I absolutely love this place. I use the ice bath/sauna weekly, and have had nothing but positive experiences.
The facility is incredibly clean, with a warm and relaxing atmosphere.
Kade is absolutely wonderful and really knows her stuff too !

So if you need to heal and/or recover physically or mentally, then this is the place you need to visit.

I travelled hours to see Kate and the Salt Sauna with my kids, and it was worth every minute of the drive. The Wellness Hotel is both welcoming and a calm space. Kate is kind and extremely accomodating.

I walk into the wellness hotel feeling heavy, tired and exhausted. I float out feeling light, refreshed, empowered and joy. My favourite is float therapy - it transforms me and I would highly recommend to anyone, especially with the wonderful meditation that’s played through it. Wow. Such a wonderful place the wellness hotel.
