The Wagon Bar went above and beyond for my wedding in October 2024. Highly recommend The Wagon Bar!
We used them for our wedding in April in the Hunter Valley and are so glad we did! From first consultation, Leanne was so helpful and lovely to work with. She was able to provide a lot of guidance around the drinks to provide and best time to do our champagne tower which was great and helped organise our day the best way.
We used the wine barrel set up and was perfect for our vineyard wedding.
Would use them again when the opportunity arises!

The Wagon Bar was an amazing addition to our daughter and son in law’s wedding in early September. From the initial contact Leanne was easy to talk to, supportive and incredibly helpful, despite a number of detail changes and rechecks. On set up the day before the wedding, Dave and Leanne were friendly and well organised, nothing was too much trouble. At the wedding reception they were incredible, part of the relaxed vibe of the wedding and built friendly relationships with our guests whilst still remaining mindful of responsible service. They were both considerate of the bride and groom, by knowing their drink preference, as well as remembering family members choices as well. We can only speak highly of The Wagon, their professionalism and attention to detail, and recommend them with absolute assurance that they are a beautiful necessary addition to a wedding or celebration of any kind.

Would HIGHLY recommend the Wagon Movile Bar. I loved the rustic horse float and vibes it brought her to our wedding day.
Leanne communication is one of the best I experienced from all vendors. She provided advice, support and suggestions the whole lead up to my wedding day. The staff on the day provided the most wonderful service. The champagne tower Leanne set up added an amazing touch to our day!

We recently hired the Wagon Bar for our wedding in the Hunter Valley and were not disappointed. Leanne and Dave were fantastic! They dropped the bar off the night before the wedding to ease our stress on the day and they were professional and welcoming to all our guests.
Leanne's communication prior to the event was brilliant and she was so easy to deal with. The service was excellent, collecting glasses and bringing drinks for guests as well as serving some top notch cocktails!
We can't thank you enough for helping bring the day together and can't recommend you enough to others planning an event.
