Celebrated our wedding here Oct 2024. What a fabulous location. Gavin and Shereen did an excellent job making sure our guests had plenty of food and drink all night. They took special care of our two guests with dietary needs. The whole group were suitably impressed.
Thoroughly recommend booking here to celebrate any special day. A heartfelt thanks guys from the newly weds.
Can't wait to visit again !!!!

What an amazing spot for a Sunday cocktail. Really lovely staff, fantastic service, great wine list and delicious food.

The chorizo they make was absolutely divine. One of the better dishes you can get in Yeppoon.

The staff were lovely enough to position our table in the shade and always prompt to take our orders

Highly recommend if you’re looking for a chill afternoon with stunning million dollar views.

Had my wedding here in ‘21 and would recommend any couples to look elsewhere. Within moments of arriving, the owner, Gavin, fat shamed my bridesmaid (commented she must be huge and the dress was the size of a tent). Every choice I made was condemned, snarky comments were made about my seating plan to my choice of song. I was told I was not allowed to get hair and makeup done in my room, despite no mention of this in the contract or otherwise.

During the ceremony, he was extremely rude to guests, even locking one out which I’m sure is a fire safety hazard. I’ve heard from guests that Gavin was extremely rude, and kept trying to pour glasses of Moet even when they said no, saying that, “It’s all paid for, just take it!” I can only assume to hike up the liquor tab.

The morning after, I found my arch had been snapped, when confronted he denied it, I left crying as this was a sentimental handmade piece. Instead of unscrewing the bolts he just forced it apart until the wood snapped. Every guest who’s spoken to me has said something along the lines of, “beautiful wedding, shame about that guy, though.”

I paid over $100 a head for an entree that had iceberg lettuce, bone dry duck and what was supposed to be a torte, was actually just more like a dry biscuit.

Have been tossing up whether to post this review but feel I need to in order to warn others and let myself heal from the situation.

My brothe rin law and his fiance were married here, and it was so beautifully picturesque for perfect photos in the villa or on the beach. A small beach that has lots of shade trees nearby and is dog friendly, with a cafe nearby what more could you want 🙂 Although it has a public beach it somehow feels private.

What a fabulous venue. Shame about the service. Group booking planned well in advance was split up to accommodate walkins
Drinks took over an hour to come out. Food was lovely but the wait time was incredibly long. Suggest you put your hand in your pocket and get extra staff on weekends

Absolutely fabulous spot to visit. Lovely quiet setting on the edge of the beach. Food was fantastic and enjoyed a couple of drinks. Very relaxing. Great find. We will definitely go back there.

Beautiful spot. Gorgeous views, set under an incredible fig tree with delicious food and cocktails. We love the sunday afternoon sessions and can't recomend enough!
