It was a 35 degree day & I specifically told them my dog didn't need sedating. They went ahead & sedated him 🤬
Than never bothered in the 5 hours of him being there to give him a drink or take him out to the toilet. When I picked him up, he looked terrible, they'd just shaved him bald. Than had the hide to charge me $147.
I could have shaved him bald for free if I'd done it myself!!!!
I don't recommend them at all. I certainly will never be going back there!!

They are marvellous. Truly marvellous. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Its not all about the money here, its about the animals. Absolutely top class. Vets and all staff fabulous.

Jennifer and her staff were extremely caring and compassionate when we had to have our beautiful old Kooper put to sleep. We would definitely recommend this vet practice.
