I have booked both my trips to the UK in the last 5 years through Anne Williamson. I have had excellent experiences both times - the airlines Anne suggested each time were perfect - safe, clean, ran to time. Anne made sure I left Sydney late & arrived in Heathrow the next afternoon ready for a good night sleep. I had a window seat each time & gluten free meals. Anne, being a professional travel agent of over 20 years always gave me handy tips to on travel insurance, the amount of currency to travel with & what time of year was best fly for value & to get the best out of Summer in the UK. I have used Anne from the Travel Book for both of our overseas holidays this year with great success. The most recent was a difficult itinerary, which once booked we had to then postpone. Anne has handled the initial booking and subsequent change to dates calmly and efficiently. Nothing was too much trouble despite our requirements changing often. Anne was sensational, nothing was a problem & no stone left unturned in allowing us to go away for a month feeling relaxed. Anne picked us a great tour to do Ireland, Scotland, Organized train travel to London & Paris, picked great hotels centrally located & transfers all went seamlessly . Our daughter who booked some travel separately , when it got cancelled , Anne no questions asked went & found alternative accommodation in a price range they could afford.
Upon our return she followed up to make sure our holiday was good

Anne has looked after all our travel bookings for at least 30 years. Even though we have moved out of Sydney we continue to use Anne’s professional services as she has never let us down. Nothing is ever a problem, she goes above and beyond to please and for this we are extremely grateful. Anne takes the time to explain every detail step by step to ensure all information is clear with no stone left unturned.
Just recently Anne assisted me in a difficult situation where I was having trouble completing an Arrival card online. She was very patient and helpful in ensuring I had completed it correctly.
