Went in today to get some brochures but lady was really unhelpful. Said why would I want an escorted holiday to Norfolk it’s just accomodation! Unfortunately for this travel agency I will book elsewhere. Past travels have included scenic tours Alaska/Canada, Scandinavia, Uk and Ireland, Africa all business class airfares, luxury river cruise, adventure cruises to the arctic and Antartica, private carriages on the Ghan and Indian pacific, business class flight to Antartica x 7 to name just a few! I given this agency 2 attempts at getting my bookings will not try a third time.
