Stayed in Terrace 3, second time, excellent layout for six with 3 separate levels, very comfortable and extremely clean, location is perfect. Did not use the car once everything is so close. Highly recommended..

We made a last minute booking when we had to extend our Byron trip and Giles was amazing getting us into an upgraded room with early check in which was very much appreciated as it was raining and we've got young kids. The location is very close to the beach and main strip but without any noise. The rooms were comfortable and convenient. Very good for families (bedroom separation!). Free wifi and big smart TV with apple TV as well.

We stayed here for 3 nights as I was up for work. Can honestly say that the experience of booking, to the quality of the accommodation at the price we paid, the communication and level of help given by Giles and Roxy exceeded all expectations.

The location is great, the amenities are perfect and will definitely be booking again for when I'm back up for work.

Wonderful Stay. Great location - close to the shops, beach, markets and a pleasant walk to the lighthouse. Beautifully furnished and decorated with spacious rooms over 3 levels. The host, Giles, was so accomodating and communicated so well throughout the weekend. Would love to stay here again - we were all sad to leave. Would recommend this accomodation!

I would not recommend this place. I’m staying in Apartment 4 with a group and the rooms are very small. The second bathroom is located in the laundry and you have to walk through it to get to the garage. No tea bags were provided. The wifi is rubbish and constantly drops out. The beds are too short for taller people (over 6 foot). No air conditioning is provided. I’ll never return here

Have stayed at Terraces - Unit 1 several times before and been very happy.

Have just spent a week at the Terraces - Unit 4 and found the unit to be well below expectations. That said Giles the manager bent over backwards to assist us and rectify the issues when identified, but the majority of the issues in my opinion should have been rectified long before our visit.

Some of the issues noted were:

- WIFI not strong enough to use on phone/laptop or stream shows using the Apple TV provided
- TV channels not tuned and working
- Doona cover in single beds heavily stained
- mould around seal of refrigerator
- drains in ensuite bathroom slow to drain away
- no dish cloth, no dustpan and broom, no vacuum cleaner, no moveable clothes rack
- front outside light not working
- floors under beds and couch not vacuumed
- wheels in dishwasher tray missing

Overall very disappointed with the cleanliness and quality of the apartments.

Great Location. Very clean. Excellent communication, specially Mr.Giles. It's a perfect place as it's few meters to the beach. Also walk to town is super quick. Everything accessible. Best spot indeed with an amazing price. Will recommend strongly.
