thought this place was okay with good food. the chat puri and butter chicken was yummy. I think the curry could have been better if it was more spicy but still quite flavourful. there was no wait here and some free parking downstairs. the food came on time and they had reasonable prices. its worth trying at least once.

We recently celebrated our son’s first birthday at The Taste of Village banquet hall, and the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment of booking to the final execution, Mr. Roy was an absolute gem to work with - professional, soft-spoken, and genuinely committed to making everything perfect.

The ambience, aesthetics, food, and overall service were all top-notch. Every single detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and our guests were truly impressed with the setup and the smooth flow of the event.

A special shout-out to Ms. Sharmina and Nana, two of the most attentive and dedicated servers we’ve encountered. They went above and beyond to ensure everyone felt looked after and comfortable.

The food was delicious and freshly prepared, and it received endless compliments from our guests. Thank you to the entire team for making this milestone so memorable - we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Visited this beautiful restaurant on the weekend to try out the Dosa, Biryani, Baby Corn Curry, Naan breads, juices etc. Everything was perfect. The ambience was peaceful, not too crowded, the staff's were humble. It was our first time experience and we were happy that we chose to dine in that afternoon.

The dosa filling was tasty, chutneys were yum and sambhar was delicious. Also had three different flavours of Naan, all were soft and fresh. The baby corn curry was the first time we all tasted and it was nicely cooked.

Highly recommended and will definitely going to come again!!

Hello stranger. This Indian place in strathfield is very yummy and in the old arnotts factory building which is cool. The food was very yummy I (Tony) REALLY LOVe butter chicken so much. It was the best here. The waitresses were very nice and gave us special weird lollies for free at the end which was nice. I ate a big chilli and it was a bit spicy for me personally my stomach didn’t like it. Overall very good experience with the nice music playing and good food that comes boiling hot. I had an amazing experience at The Taste of Village in Sydney! From the moment we walked in, the welcoming vibe and the authentic village-style décor made us feel right at home.

The food was absolutely delicious — full of flavour, freshly cooked, and beautifully presented. Every dish had that perfect balance of spices, just like home-cooked meals. You can really taste the love and tradition behind each recipe.

The service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. The staff were happy to explain the dishes and offer suggestions based on our preferences.
