Wedding planning was so easy with their all inclusive package. Conrad was great and answered my questions any time I called. The DJ was great, food was great, and the location was beautiful. The prices were also amazing.

We had our wedding here in September 2024 and it was amazing. We had 110 people attend and I would stick to the recommendation of 100 as it was a tiny bit crowded at the 110 point. First of all, the area is beautiful and we got so many complements on what a hidden gem we found. It is really affordable compared to some of the other venues we looked at and the vendors that they provide are fantastic. Conrad was our main point of contact and he was both quick to respond and put up with my million questions. If you use the provided vendors (Reflections Photography, Warren Entertainment for DJ and bartender, and A Piece of Cake Catering), they work together so often that it makes things pretty easy and stress free the day of the wedding. The inside of the venue is beautiful as well but if you get a nice day, the grounds allow guests to wander around. The venue also provides "something borrowed" from previous weddings and if you are willing to use that, it saves you a ton of money on things you won't use again like centerpieces and signs. There are some really great photo opportunities because of the grounds. I would recommend this place to anyone for a wedding or event. Things went perfectly for me planning the whole thing without a wedding planner or coordinator.

We had a wonderful experience with Stonehaven Event Center.

Conrad made planning and ideas go smoothly. Using the packages that the event center offers really helped the planning process. We were able to plan our November wedding in about 6 months with their help. We couldn't recommend this venue enough.

I had always dreamed of a beautiful wedding in front of the mountains & this venue did not disappoint! I opted for their DIY wedding option and they offered a nice discount for having it on a weekday as well. Conrad & Roxanna are very kind people and always answered in a timely manner to all of our questions. They also had a nice selection of items to choose from their something borrowed collection.

Choosing a venue can be so overwhelming, but Roxann and Conrad made it a breeze. My husband and I chose the venue alone, going the DIY route since we were on a tight budget. Our wedding HAD to include our pups, which was no issue. Conrad was kind enough to help us during set up and we enjoyed his input along the way. We were beyond thrilled when the deer came out to play during our wedding. Our guests were blown away by the views the venue has to offer and we were even told on several occasions that we had the most beautiful wedding they’d ever been to. And it truly was the most beautiful wedding ever thanks to Stonehaven Event Center. This hidden gem holds a place in our hearts forever. You will not be disappointed.

Conrad and Roxana were absolutely wonderful! We feel so lucky to have been able to find such a beautiful venue and great people to work with!

It's hard to coordinate destination weddings, especially in less than 4 months, but Conrad and everyone involved really made everything so much easier. On top of that, our wedding day consisted of 40-70mph+ winds, and they somehow still helped us have one of the most memorable days of our lives (yes, we still had an outdoor wedding)!

Highly highly recommend having your wedding here! Amazing, across the board!

Highly recommend having your wedding here! Conrad and Roxanne made wedding planning so simple and stress free! The view is breathtaking! The price packages beat literally every other venue. Mainly for smaller weddings but wouldn't change a thing from my wedding!
John with Warren entertainment the DJ/MC fantastic and very entertaining! A piece of cake catering did great! Food was delicious! Highly recommended everything about Stonehaven!!

My husband and I got married here September 28, 2019. This place is made of dreams if your dream is a beautiful and intimate mountain wedding. The ceremony site is beautiful with the mountains in the background and the reception building is just beautiful! I loved the all inclusive package. The vendors that stonehaven hires are top notch. The food was delicious, the cake was beautiful and tasted even better, the DJ was fun and helped the night remain on track without being overbearing, and the photographers Roxanne and Conrad were amazing. They truly work beautifully together. I am so thankful I came across this beautiful venue. and even better? The price point is so affordable compared to other venues in the area. If you are looking for a beautiful yet affordable venue come take a look at stonehaven!
