A lovely pub located on the main drag in Bright. We ended up sharing a huge Parma between the two of us. They have specials nights which are fantastic. We really enjoyed our meal sitting out on the front deck.

We recently visited star hotel,took my wife there for her birthday, ordered the roast lamb,usually my favourite, got extremely disappointed, the gravy was bland and masked the almost soft meat,not sliced lamb more like vitamised lamb,even the roast vegetables looked a day or two old.no mint sauce/or mint jelly.guys please look at what you are sending out and taste it before you dish it up.very poor,it is not hard to make a roast suppose to be ROAST OF THE DAY.my wife ordered the crispy squid,
It was far from crispy ,and notaste.

Oh my goodness!
The Roast Lamb is just perfect.

Its worth driving 300km just to go there for the roast... 15/10...

Off street parking, but Woolies car park nearby 😉 wheelchair accessible.

Food was fine and quick to table however to be told when ordering “oh the kitchen doesn’t like change” when requesting the removal of an ingredient from a dish, is to be contrary to the entire concept of ‘hospitality’. However this pub is not alone when adopting this mindset as the local brewery in Bright seems to have succumbed to it as well.

As a customer paying top whack for a pub meal, I’d expect a more gracious kitchen.

Nice spot for a drink outside on the corner of the Main Street. Bistro decor could do with an upgrade and better kids area. That aside my prawn tacos were 10/10, good spot for a pub feed.

The red chicken curry was amazing and very large serve, definitely Indian restaurant quality, also great presentation.

Visited here and had a magnificent, large lamb roast. The waitress automatically offered a container for leftovers which we enjoyed the next night camping.
