An enthusiastic 5-stars for Kylie & Kevin at the Snowy Store after calling in there a few times over the weekend for meals and supplies. They were so friendly, sharing local knowledge and even some extra homemade jam for our toast back at home. The food was fresh and tasty, the coffee was great quality and the view from the tables out the front was stunning. We’ll be back!

Fantastic store.
Kylie and Kevin helped me source equipment for a mid-hike pick up. Just met them in person, and they are just as friendly and helpful as my online dealings during the past month.
The store has a great range, and the fish and chips for lunch was yummy

Went there this morning and ordered a bacon and egg sandwich.
It was absolutely beautiful.
I may be buying a house in Adaminaby tomorrow. And if I do, then I will drive for 1 hour just to get another.
I travel from Brisbane to Fyshwick (Canberra) at least once a month.
And a good bacon and egg sandwich is hard to find.

The Snowy Store is an icon of Talbingo, it's such a great place to pop into for a fantastic coffee or for a very tasty meal.
They've also got a great range of supplies and food for when you're staying in Talbingo or just travelling through. ( I highly recommend staying in Talbingo for a while though 🙂

Thank you Kylie for cooking me a wonderful lunch today. I ordered the burger with the lot and that is exactly what was served...it had the lot. All fresh ingredients and was packed full of flavour. Served with delicious crinkle cut chips. Coffee was very good too.

I visited here to purchase a few items but once I started walking around the shop I couldn't believe how many different products are sold here. From coffee hot food, groceries, fishing tackle, magazines, gas cooking parts and even a lidded toilet seat, you'll love the variety. Perfect country town hospitality at its finest. Thanks to some of the locals who shared a wealth of valuable information that I valued immensely. Take a drive to the Talbingo Power station and dam about six kilometres from this store. You'll be impressed too. Take your camera.
