Friends came around, we felt like pizza, thought we'd give the Shack a shot. Thumbs Up All round. Fast service and great food. Best pizza in Aldinga. Thanks guys!

still has the great vegan options. The hotdog is nice but scarily looks and tastes like a meat hotdog. Sometimes there is a long wait.

Ordered without reading reviews = mistake.

We ordered online, while having a sunset picnic on the the gorgeous cliffs nearby and popped in to collect it. They were 20 minutes late (50 mins to make some take away), but we'll ignore that. It gets worse. We took the food and went back to our sunset picnic. By the time we ate, it was dark and had minimal light. We assumed, as most would, that the food would be okay. After placing a fork full of Greek salad in our mouths, we all turned and spat it out simultaneously. It was disgusting. We tried the coleslaw, which we also spat out. The chips were okay. Disappointed, we packed up and took the rest home. Upon arriving home, and with the assistance of some actual lights we could the see the salads were both off, slimy and discoloured (see pictures). The coleslaw stunk and was grey. The Greek salad was slimy and off as well. We inspected the packaging and noted there was a sticker on the bottom of the tub that said 'SUN'. I am confident this meant Sunday..... Today, at the time of writing, it is Friday.

To top it off, despite ordering tomato sauce, we receive sweet chilli, which in the dark our young children mistook for tomato and ended up spitting out. All in all, it was a terrible experience, the service in store was sub par the food was astonishingly bad. We will be making the relevant notifications regarding health and safety. To be running a fish an chip shop, near the beach and in such a beautiful location that is this bad, is almost unbelievable.

Will 100% not be returning.

Orderd Pizza with lot no problem with that thankgod atleast we had somthing to eat.
My problem is the seafood chest I received and paid 43.90 for.
Did not have fish.
Plastic tartar tubs were melted over the seafood chest discusting. I called as soon as I got home and 3 of my calls not answered.
Called for refuned but we will see 50$ wasted un edible.

We always used to order pizza from The Shack but it started going downhill so we stayed away for 6 months. We placed an order today for a vegetarian pizza with no olives and when we got home and opened the box it was full of olives. Useless is all I can say. Phoned up and told them and was told to come and get another one. No thanks. Stay away folks.

We have been getting T/A from the Shack for a while & it’s generally been pretty good! Pizza& fish & chips. We received a pizza last week which was terrible, no flavour & mainly oily cheese. Tonight we ordered fish & chips & it was terrible, as you can see the crumbed seafood was almost burnt & the battered fish was under cooked, soggy & the thin batter falling off! The choice between Jimmies & the Shack is like choosing to eat bad or badly!

I visited The Shack Cafe and Pizzeria, and it’s the best spot! I ordered the vegetarian pizza, which was incredible, and the loaded fries—oh my gosh, they were the best ever! The staff was super friendly and welcoming ♥️♥️. You really get great quality and quantity here. Best shop ever, and I highly recommend it! ♥️♥️♥️♥️

Best local fish & chip shop in Aldinga, I am a local and been around 15 years.
We order pizza, fish and chips regularly.
Value for money is a 10/10
Min chips is a great size. You won't be disappointed.
All in all can't fault a thing.
Thanks guys for providing top service, value for money & great food.
