This is one of my favourite places to stay. Wonderful, friendly staff. Plenty of space in the well-appointed appartment - great facilities for cooking and just relaxing. A real beach home away from home. I loved the access to the lake and the beach and enjoyed the kayaking and catamaran and spending some time at the resort. Will be back again for another relaxing stay in the future.

While the location is beautiful, the apartment we stayed in was in dire need of a deep clean and paint. One of the sofa's was so dirty it stunk. At the price point we paid; I would have thought a coffee maker would have been available and was disappointed that there wasn't. Even though the flyer we were given upon arrival says no parties, there were people having parties. Some of the board walks are closed due to them needing repair work and this too was a disappointment.

On the positive side, the grounds and landscaping are beautiful.

Our adult kids and partners enjoyed the Beach House over three days. All sleeping is upstairs which didn’t seem to be a concern with a two year old toddler. Down stairs is spacious and a well equipped kitchen and bbq. The verandah opened to a grassy parkland and then onto a sandy beach, over look the incredible lagoon.
The apartment is fitted out with everything you could possibly need. Fresh and modern. All you need is your food and drinks….. and sunshine!
If you have never experienced the Twin Water precinct book it! There is absolutely everything to offer. Catamarans, canoes, stand up paddle boards , trivia, quiet pool space and only a five minute walk to the patrolled beach.
Thank you to the lovely staff and the trivia queen.

staff friendly at check in, easy parking, great resort facilities, easy walk over to Novotel for lunch and use of water sports.
Apartment was huge with everything we needed. feel it could do with some new carpet but thats a minor thing, loved the view and how peaceful it was.

We had a 3 bedroom apartment booked. The size of the apartment was large which was fantastic but I don't believe it was up to the usual Accor standard. The kitchen was lacking a few key essentials such as tongs for the bbq and tools to clean the bbq.
The exhaust fans in the bathrooms and the light above the dining were filthy and needed a clean. We were also only provided with 4 bath towels for a booking of 6 people, which we didnt realise till after reception had closed. Luckily we had already procured pool towels from reception so used these.

One of the balcony doors also had the glass pane that appeared to misfitted as there was a gap which let in the cold air.

The pool area was excellent, shaded and quiet. The walk around the lagoon was pleasant however the Novotel which had shared facilities with The Sebel such as the restaurant was quite lacklustre and disappointing.

This place is a real disappointment. Not only is it old, dated and falling apart, but it’s also dirty (spider webs, cockroaches etc). I do a lot of travel for work and personally, and always stay in 4-5 star resorts & hotels. Expected better for Sebel branded resort. Very disappointing and would recommend you book elsewhere. Sebel should remove their branding if not ensuring properties meet a certain standard. It’s that bad I’m actually looking forward to heading home & would do so if it wasn’t for the rest of our family meeting here for our annual holiday. Embarrassing as I’m the one who recommended it to everyone (currently 5 plus apartments booked in here at the moment).

Accor's Disregard for Loyal Members, I won't stay at this property ever again — COST-CUTTING AT ITS FINEST.||The room was filthy—beach sand in the lounge, dirty curtains and blinds, pubic hairs in the main shower, and dirty glassware.||Only 2 towels and no soap, no reserve toilet paper provided for 5 adults and 1 child in a 3-bedroom apartment. Reception staff were uncontactable by phone. I had to walk to the reception office 4 times, and they were forgetful. We went OVER 24 hours without any soap. Despite many attempts, soap and toilet paper weren't delivered until the next day—woeful customer service.||Bluntly told we could not use the Accor Platinum free breakfast or drink benefit.||No room upgrade despite multiple higher-tier rooms being available for Platinum members.||The amenities were the worst I've received as a Platinum member—a small bottle (375ml) of Bundaberg soft drink.||Late check-out was only available until 11 am.||The Wi-Fi speeds were very poor, and most of us gave up trying to connect our phones.||Overall, the status benefits are pathetic, and the cleanliness and maintenance need significant improvement.

I had booked this room for my bridal suite. An i must say we were all blown away. Cleanliness was 100%. The room views were spectacular. And every interaction with staff was 1st class. Every request was met and the extra little present and card to congratulate my new HUSBAND and I was extremely cute!

We cannot thank the Sebel Twin Waters enough for the hospitality
