As a new patient to Rowley Road Clinic, and on my retiring (from GP practice) doctors recommendation, I saw Dr Andrea Prior and thought she was fantastic. The front desk reception girls were friendly, efficient and very helpful. I'm glad to continue with this clinic, it's clean and modern rooms are bright, airy and with a variety of different seating options that are not all lined up against the walls.

Unfortunately I would not be able to confidently recommend this clinic to anyone I know. It may just be the individual doctor I saw but following on from anappointment I had a basic swab test done. Of which the doctor told me of anything came up she call the next day. She then called 4 days later with results, call lasted less than 2 mins and at no point in any conversation was I told that another consultation fee would be charge. The next morning I get a phone call requesting I pay $48 for said phone call. I have had doctors in the passed call me with test from an appointment and not once have I been charged, maybe I'm out of touch but I think that's bad practice.

(Only get two stars because the receptionist here are lovely)

I've been going to the Rowley Road Clinic for about 18 months and see Dr Grace and Nurse Gemma. I've found both to be caring and thorough and like the HotDoc app for making appointments. The reception staff are also pleasant and helpful. After having been to other medical clinics at Aldinga and Victor Harbor, this one is the best so far.

Accompanied my partner (as carer) to minor surgery to excise 2 facial BCCs. Excellent result with rapid healing. Staff all helpful and charming. Doc very expert.
