I can't complain, food was great, service great. I met the Venue Manager Anthony. He paired a wine 🍷 for my meal.
Thank you also to Harley for the great service. She made my daughter feel very welcomed

I previously had the best Christmas Lunch I've had in my life in the dining room to having the worst meal of my life. The food quality was atrocious and the meal should have cost $10 each not $100 each, only 1 course was fit to eat.

Took some visitors out for lunch. Some elderly and some children.Would have been nice if we knew it was under renovation. No indicators on the website. We were seated in the front bar as dining room was closed. It was very cold in the room. Food came out - steak was overcooked as were the chips . The chips were also cold. One child ordered a burger and the patties was very lukewarm. Salad was nice. Disappointing. Will not go back until renovations are complete.

Had dinner at the Rex tonight with family and friends. The new renovation looks fabulous. Service staff were very attentive. Good hearty meals were served. Will definitely return!

Needs a range of vegetarian and vegan options. Two options isn't enough really... would have been good to see a meat free pasta or a meat free Salad or curry. I had the bruschetta and it was pretty tasteless unfortunately. The service was great though! Won't be coming back unfortunately.

Undergoing renovations at the moment but the staff were fantastic under the circumstances, food was still amazing and have full normal menu. Good old front bar atmosphere and great service...
