Entire venue was extremely unhygienic, toilets were dirty, the water from jugs were yellow. Food was underprovided for what was paid for. Staff ate the food themselves in the kitchen and were constantly eye rolling when asked for refills etc. All the guests were extremely upset with this experience.

Horrible costumer service. Spilt water on a poor innocent lady and didn’t apologise and doesn’t give customer their refills but eats it themselves in the kitchen.

The service is poor, whatever promised not delivered. Lot of things provided but sitting in managers office not given to guests including wedding cake. Not happy with the service at all and wont recommend anyone.

Does not know how to treat the guests. Constantly shouting at elderly guests and telling them they won't be given any food.
