Review for Ocean View Apartment Room 203

We stayed in the 2-bedroom ocean view apartment (Room 203) for 14 days and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The view was absolutely stunning, and the comfortable recliners were perfect for relaxing while soaking it all in.

We were in town for our daughter’s surgery, which made for a stressful time, but the host, Sharon, went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. She checked in with us whenever she saw us and provided extra towels and anything else we needed. Her thoughtfulness really stood out.

The location was fantastic, with a short walk to charming coffee shops, a beautiful park, and the beach. It was the perfect blend of convenience and tranquility.

Overall, we were extremely impressed and grateful for the exceptional hospitality. Highly recommended for both short and extended stays!

406 a room with great ocean views, however the king bed was terrible. Two rock hard old king singles pushed together. I asked staff to supply additional blankets to help pad out the mattress. That didn’t really help.
Factor in the price of a chiropractor when staying there.

Well this is a on site management set up with investors owning units for rental so no real standard set as far as we could see. We stayed in unit 203 for six days and this unit lacks anything comfortable or modern and we had a few live in cockroaches ?. Beds were old inner spring and lumpy and uncomfortable, appliances were old and crockery of all sorts with unit cleanliness on average at best. No smart TV only tv with vucast which uses our data which is fine but better having smart tv and I can tether my phone not a problem. Only 1 satchel of dishwasher liquid and 2 bin liners provided for 1 week. On leaving the vacuum the vacuum cleaner was broken & useless. I know management will say why didn't you speakbut I am sure they can't do an instant fix. This unit below comparable places we have stayed at and will book elsewhere for our next visit given the prices charged. Sadly Point Resort lacks love and upkeep by shareholders.

This is our 4th stay here. Sharon goes above and beyond to accommodate your needs and wishes. The units have everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The kitchens are fully equipped and so are the units' laundry facilities. There are family friendly beaches in both directions, as well as a wonderful pool, BBQ. putt-putt and table tennis area at the resort. There is also a shopping complex and service station a very short distance by car. We'll be back again.

We just had a fantastic 5 days at The Point in Bargara. Aside from a problem with our booking (not managements fault) that was quickly resolved everything else was great. Our apartment was modern spacious and clean and the view superb. Thanks in particular to Peter and Debbie who smoothed our booking issue and were welcoming and friendly.

My stay at The Point has been enjoyable. The host is pleasant and friendly. She happy to help in anyway she can. The room is tastefully decorated with everything you would need. There's a nice pool area and of course ocean swimming across the road. There are plenty of eateries nearby. I decided on paying for a room with ocean views. Delightful.

Once again we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Point Resort - very well appointed & spotlessly clean apartment overlooking the ocean - great facilities & well located. Very friendly & helpful staff & a special thank you to the managers Sharon & Craig who meticulously maintain the resort to a high standard. We look forward to a return stay. Fully recommend.

I’ll start with the positives. Service is lovely. The staff are very efficient and friendly. The outside of the place looks good. Location is great. Unfortunately as soon as you step into your room it goes down hill fast.|Cockroaches on the floor. Carpet is ripped and stained. There is tape holding down cords that is lifting. The bathroom has cracks in the basin, visavle water leaks. The pillows have literally no stuffing left, the bed had 1 sheet on top - made for uncomfortable nights sleep. There are doors missing from the bedroom leaving the place visable to the construction workers outside. The lights barely light anything, so you close the blinds for privacy but you can’t see what you’re doing. Very disappointed- especially when paying $350 for a 1 bed apartment mid week - when it’s actually a studio apartment and delapidated.
