There are simply not enough words to explain our love, admiration and gratitude to Rianna, and her team at The Planning Suite (TPS). We had THE most magical 3-day wedding weekend imaginable. Beyond expectations, and my expectations were high! I knew from the moment I spoke with Rianna that TPS was right for us, instantly onboard with our vision, working tirelessly to ensure every last detail was on point - from our stunning venue and fabulous styling and detailed table-scaping through bar and catering options to suit each day perfectly, the most wonderful florals, photographer, illustration, hand written calligraphy, musicians, celebrant, hair & makeup... the list goes on... and all were so perfectly selected and invested that they felt like old friends on the day. We had ALL information at our finger tips, Rianna is respectfully clear and transparent with costs and budget management and keeps you calm on the odd occasion you might wobble. On 28th-30th June 2024 TPS delivered our perfect wedding with reassuring confidence, checking in, happily accommodating every crazy whim and my obsessive attention to detail with warmth and humour. Rianna's knowledge and contact list is second to none. Our guests had the most incredible time, a weekend we will certainly never forget and we couldn't have done it without her, asked or wished for more. I will miss speaking so regularly with Rianna but do now consider her a friend. And TPS was of course my daughter and son-in-law to be's instant choice for planning their wedding next year! So I do get to keep her a little longer! If anyone is looking for wedding or event planning, there's no need to waste time looking elsewhere - The Planning Suite is all you need, the rest is a breeze!

I thought we could plan a wedding without a planner. Oh, how wrong I was. As soon as we got RiRi onboard, I felt like a weight had been lifted from our shoulders and a sense of calm set in. RiRi and her team were friendly, professional, responsive and a joy to work with. All the suppliers RiRi recommended were brilliant and having her and her team onsite over our wedding weekend really put our minds at ease. I would definitely recommend The Planning Suite! I'd use them again myself but hopefully I'll only get married once. Thanks for everything RiRi!

What can I say- Rianna and Billie were truly amazing and an enormous support in planning our magical big day. They managed to pull off planning a 200+ guest wedding stretching over 2 days in less than 7 months! Everything from invites, flowers, tablescapes, entertainment, bell tents, shower blocks, security, evening transport, morning coffee vans….DJ LUCK AND MC NEAT (!!!) was all covered- and we had one hell of a party (sorry wedding!) on our hands! Can we do it all again please?

As a venue, I've had the pleasure of working with RiRi and her team a couple of times now and I just wanted to highlight how brilliant she is. Organised, polite, creative and easy to work with. My husband and I can only speak very highly of the Planning Suite! Rianna was absolutely who we needed to help guide us during the stressful planning months before our wedding.
She is extremely professional, efficient, organised, creative and was so easy to work with especially as we had only 8 months to plan a wedding for 120 people! We knew she was the one for us as we clicked right away during our initial consultation. Rianna is incredibly easy to talk to, share ideas with, always reachable and an amazing advisor when navigating the crazy world of weddings!
She has so many useful contacts and therefore was able to suggest the right people and suppliers for our venue and winter themed wedding.
