More than just Oysters!!! You will struggle to find a place with such great seafood and a view that you could spend all afternoon looking at.
Wines and beers available to accompany your meal.
Look out of the specials that and both tempting and good value. Oyster shooters are a must try as are the fresh oysters.
We ordered the hot and cold platter which was perfect for 2.

Lunch at Oyster Shed was absolutely fabulous! We walked in and managed to get a table, but if you want the best waterfront views, I highly recommend booking in advance. The ambiance is laid-back yet stylish, with a perfect coastal vibe that makes you want to stay all afternoon.

The oysters? Incredibly fresh, briny, and full of flavory some of the best you'll ever have. Every dish was beautifully prepared, highlighting the finest local seafood. Whether you're a seafood lover or just looking for a dining experience by the water, Oyster Shed is a must-visit. Don't miss out!

Good experience overall, would go there again. Oysters were nice, but I would go for natural or mornay next time. Nice views, can get a little busy so tables may not be available. They have toilets, but parking is limited.

Lunch was fabulous. The shed was hard to find but well worth it. Food was amazing. Very big portions and so fresh. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was served very fast. Atmosphere was great, beautiful view. We had fresh oysters and a seafood plater for 2, could not finish the meal. Prices were fair.

Amazing food, pity the staff did not compliment the experience as a whole.
Not welcomed on arrival, no smile. Fair enough you had a bad day but why be there to wreak our experience.
Pretty pricey but it is for tourists so they can up their prices. Go for the oysters and have you have a fat wallet.

Beautiful spot on the water, fresh seafood, delicious cocktails and fun waitresses. It's not a fancy restaurant so you can relax and stay for a 4 hour lunch if you want to! Thanks making my birthday long lunch so memorable & allowing us to take our little dog (request a dog table when you book).

I had a disappointing experience at The Oyster Shed Tweed, primarily due to the service. It was a hot day, and after being seated, my family and I waited around 30 minutes without any service. I even walked to the bar to try and order drinks but was told to return to my seat and assured someone would be with us shortly.

It seemed like a busy day, and I tried to be understanding, but it was frustrating to see other groups appear to be served ahead of us. When our turn finally came, it took another 10 minutes for the drinks to arrive, only to be told there was no cold Coke available, as it had to be fetched from a boat.

The food was average and leaned toward the pricey side. While the atmosphere is nice, it’s not well-suited for a hot day, especially given the slow service. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant, and if you do decide to visit, I’d strongly suggest avoiding peak times.

Terrible
- after waiting 30 minutes to order they didn’t have some of the meals we wanted. (“Just ran out” even though they just opened ? (Could have told us before)
- then waited 1.5 hours for food. (Asked if they could check, and then we were apparently the next)
- no table water offered
-$150 for seafood basket and fresh seafood was tasteless and the rest deep fried fillers
- $50 for fish, squid and chips that tase like they straight out of the freezer and then thrown in the deep fryer
- uncomfortably hot in the tin shed
- no lemon served with the fish
- no one came back to take orders for drinks after the initial order (more then 1.5hours)
Waiter that served us was nice.
Obviously there are not enough waiters and chefs and as a result everyone waits a long time to eat below average food and still pays top dollar.
