Met my friend of 50years there for lunch .
Service was good, drinks good, my friend had a vegan burger which she enjoyed and I had cod, chips and salad which was very nice.
They only had 1 special on the menu, and it was soup.
We are both seniors and on showing our Seniors Card we got 20% off our meals - which is very good value.
Some sites say Seniors Discount is 25% and other sites say it's 20%.

The Wednesday night schnitzel deal here is great. It was a perfectly cooked schnitzel - crispy on the outside and juicy in the middle. The staff were friendly and there was plenty of comfortable seating.

Visited Sunday to celebrate a birthday. Service was great despite seeing the staff were very busy. Food was prompt and delicious. Atmosphere was lovely, quite loud once the place got busy. The playground was fantastic for the kids.

We recently hosted our daughter’s birthday function at the Marryatville Hotel in the eastern suburbs of Adelaide, and it was absolutely flawless. With 15 kids and 35 adults, the event ran seamlessly from start to finish. The Marryatville Hotel staff were outstanding—attentive, friendly, and professional—ensuring everyone felt well looked after. The drinks service was perfectly timed, and the food quality was exceptional. It’s a fantastic venue for family functions, birthday parties, or any group event in Adelaide’s east. Highly recommend

I absolutely love celebrating my birthday at Marryatville Hotel! This year, I booked a table for 30 people near the playground, which was perfect for our group of families with kids. The enclosed play area gave us peace of mind, knowing the gate stays closed at all times, keeping the little ones safe while we enjoyed the evening.

The meals were fantastic, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, they made the whole experience even better.

I’ll definitely be back again!

Our food orders took a long time to come, which would have been OK if it had been worth the wait. However, every single adult in our group of 8 was disappointed. The crab linguine was inedible, the gnocchi tasted overwhelmingly of mint, and they even messed up a beef schnitzel. The 3 children's meals were overpriced and less than tasty. It was possibly the worst pub meal we have had in a long time, and it was not even cheap.

Stopped in just before close of kitchen on a Tuesday night, we shared a chicken burger and the taco Tuesday special. They were both delicious. Tacos were great value and the chicken burger was huge and delicious. Great selection of beers in cans and on tap as well. Definitely worth a stop in for a meal
