Was making our way to Oberon and decided to stop for lunch. Food was delicious and hearty! The staff were smiley and happy to help with every bit which was fantastic.
Dog friendly too which I love!

I just checked in today and am already excited to leave a review. What a beautiful place!
The room is a perfect mix of heritage with modern touches. Clean and beautifully designed to enhance the history and maintains all the mod cons you need.
Dinner was lovely, the tuna steak (still pink on the inside) and halloumi chips were perfect. And the staff, super friendly, warm and welcoming.
I'll be back! Highly recommend!

Food has always been great, with lovely staff and delicious meals. But finally operating later on weekend nights - long overdue. Definitely recommend visiting.

While I personally haven't stayed in the rooms, I can confirm that the food is incredible.
I have gone here with my family a couple of times and both times the food was made perfectly,
The atmosphere inside of the pub felt like they brought bits of the past into the present,
It's a place which is enjoyable to go to with a group, grab a couple of drinks, grab a feed and discuss how things have been.
I do know the price is a little high but overall its not overly priced. You get what you pay for.

Had a delectable lamb pumpkin salad and my friend had a delicious chicken parm. Staff were warm and welcoming from the minute we got there till the minute we left. Seriously incredible food, and incredible vibe to the place. Also I asked to have my water bottle filled up as we were leaving and the lovely gentleman who did it gave me refreshing cold water and put ice cubes in there for me!! It’s the little things like that which make a business a genuinely lovely place to visit. Thank you for having us 🙂 100/10 would come back !

The food is delicious here. Really good variety of beers and ciders. Nice little beer garden out back so you don’t have to hear the traffic on the freeway. Reasonable pricing too.

Went to buy a bottle of wine at 9:45 when they close at 10 but I was refused because they "closed early I guess". Instead of saying you close at 10 maybe change it to "we'll close whenever we feel like". I'd understand if it was a Tuesday, but it's Saturday!
