The staff were excellent and very helpful--thev made sure to arrange a ground floor room for us, which was perfect since we had over 10 suitcases. The location is great, close to the city and a nearby park, with plenty of restaurants just around the corner.

Parking can be a bit challenging if you re driving a large SUV like a Kluger.

My go to now in Sydney!
I travel extensively in Australia for work and believe I am tough but fair. I can be easily set off if accommodation does not line up to what they offer . For the price and location - tick ✅ . Got up to the room ✅- modern but not trying to hard -super comfortable- bright - two huge rooms with probably the most comfortable bed I’ve stayed in the last year ! Parking free , fully loaded and equipped kitchen. My only disappointment- I was only staying for one night ! This place is ideal for long stays - but your own food if you like - and I do like to cook my own breakfast a lot . For myself far enough away from the city. But close enough for an Uber or just walk to Glebe point road for so many options to eat . I loved it ! Thank you

Contrary to other reviews, we had zero issue checking in and the access system worked well throughout our stay. The apartment is spacious, well appointed and in a nice location close to cafes and shops. It made an excellent base for touring Sydney. While we didn’t use the car park, it had a very secure gate and was located just behind the building.

Having read the previous reviews, I can only imagine that the issues mentioned were teething problems - from what I can gather the complex has been under new management only since November last year. The check in process was easy, seamless and quick. The rooms are light, the beds are VERY comfortable and its location on a quiet street so close to the CBD is just perfect. Would definitely come here again. Only thing to note is there is no lift, so getting luggage up the stairs may prove difficult for some.

Every time people arrive they can't get into their room. The pin codes don't work, or they aren't given one. Customers wait 30-40mins every time for someone to assist them, or they have to deal with automated systems that can't solve their problem. After long flights, transport and taxi complications, arriving and not being able to settle in easily is a really frustrating struggle. If you need the bathroom, or if is raining, feeling abandoned out on the street waiting for anyone to help is not satisfactory. I wouldn't stay here.

I give this place 0 stars! Completely unprofessional! My family waited over 1.5 hours to check into our room as the room passcodes kept failing - customer service was terrible we recieved no call back on sorting out our room for us we basically had to keep pestering them and calling them back for a new number. I left a expensive skirt in my room, called them that same day asking for postage, happy to pay postage. I have been calling them for over a week to see if the problem had been sorted they keep saying they call me back but never do!! They can't give me an email for manager or a phone number they just keep saying they call back but dont. They STOLE my skirt!! Have offered no compensation or posted it back!!! They are terrible!
