The Gordon Group is great in helping you plan your next cruise. I DO NOT recommend buying the travel insurance that they offer. It was a nightmare trying to get reimbursed for a cancelled cruise in December. They use Tripmate and I would advise to "Google " Tripmate and you can see how awful they are. My brother and his wife used Allianz for their insurance and were reimbursed in 7 days with a simple doctor's note. I had to get multiple forms filled out including a detailed medical diagnosis of the family member. It took almost 2 months to get reimbursed. Once the reimbursement funds were available, I had to pay a 2% charge for direct deposit. I have now learned to do research before making any travel decisions.
