Quick dinner last night- service was efficient - we were met and welcomed by well dressed guy. Friendly and came back regularly to see if we wanted more drinks just at right time. So often we have to flag down waiters so it was refreshing that he kept an eye on us. Food was generous and well cooked with our special requests. Only suggestion is turn off the TVs in dining areas- maybe some music clips instead.

The food is pretty good and the place has a good vibe to it. I did pay $6.60 for a glass of post mix Coke which seems very excessive.

Table service, professional and friendly staff and excellent meals - gravy in particular was great. Only small negative was that it was very loud. But that's the pub atmosphere and WELL worth it! My wife and I will definitely be back.

Went to this amazing spot on 30th October for a date night with my wife.
The food is absolutely amazing.
The scallops were perfectly cooked, loved the puree 👌👌
One of the best stakes I had which was a good portion too.
The atmosphere is nice and friendly staff.
Great cocktails too.
Worth the price, will definitely be back.

Ordered our pizzas around 6:00pm, they arrived around an hour later and all but one were burnt to a crisp. How can you have such a slow kitchen when the bistro isn’t even busy? The only thing saving this review from a 0 was the polite waitress’s who kept apologising for the mediocre kitchen hand and gave us a discount for the trouble. Thank you ladies!

We were so grateful for the amazing food served at the Duxton for my daughters birthday. Both kids have a list of allergies and the Chef managed to still accomodate and provide really tasty meals. We all thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience. Will definitely go back again soon!

I went to a lovely private event with good food and service. However, a lovely friend of mine was made to leave. He was not drunk and only calm and friendly. Really ruined a lovely night out and as a result I will not return or ever recommend to others.

I absolutely love taking everybody I know to the Duxton. The service there is fantastic, friendly and very fast, making sure that all of your needs are met in a positive and punctual manner.
Hands down the best wings I have EVER eaten! So delicious!
Will continue to go there for as long as I live in Canberra and will always recommend
