Ate at the bistro. Ordered a steak done medium. Came out really well done and dry. Asked for it to be replaced. Replaced without any issues. However, it was replaced with another well done steak with a small spot of medium well.
Friend ordered medium as well but a different cut and his came out medium.
The bar person was great, service was great. But the chef ...
Although the service was wonderful and the staff were great, I came here for food and left very disappointed.

Our experience at Dingley Hotel was absolutely amazing! Manager Agi and team was incredible—she took the time to meet with us multiple times, ensuring everything was perfect. The atmosphere was stunning, and we received so many compliments on the beautiful setup.

Every detail was meticulously arranged and executed on time. The food was exceptional, with the Indian buffet being a standout—especially the delicious lamb cutlets. They went above and beyond to accommodate all our requests, making our wedding celebration truly special.

As an added bonus, they provided us with a complimentary room for our wedding night, complete with a relaxing Jacuzzi and a delightful breakfast the next morning. We couldn't have asked for a better experience—highly recommended!

Great selection of beer.
There are many different machines with various themes, spaced out very nicely.
Love the coffee machine there.

The bistro has lovely food, and there are some great selections on the senior's menu.
It's very close to Costco, making it a great place to visit before or after grocery shopping

Met up with our Nephew at the Dingley restaurant as he was staying there for a few days on business
Great staff and nice premises but as for the food, well very average
Dry chicken Palma, dry beef schnitzel with a boring dry salad red cabbage concoction
Best part were the hearty fries which my wife couldn’t eat. A very unloved serving of basic food for the $ price. Disappointed, by the way it was our nephew’s first time in Melbourne.

Keysborough Basketball recently held our Senior Jersey Presentation
at the Dingley Hotel and had a fantastic experience. The room setup was perfect, providing a comfortable and well-organized space. The meal was absolutely delicious, with great attention to detail in both presentation and flavor. On top of that, the service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and professional.

We don’t go out heaps as a family for dinner but the Dingley International Bistro is great for a pub meal. Accommodating service, large venue and great food. The kids burger and chips was a bit small (more like a slider) but tasty (according to the kids!). Highly recommend.

We had our wedding here last week and oh my goodness!!!!!! The venue was incredible, the staff were incredible the food was incredible!! Highly recommend to anyone getting married to have your venue here they included a hotel room in the package we had and were just there to our every need and had the best night of our lives. Agi and Vinny specifically were so so friendly and lovely to help with our special day 🙌🏻 the hotel beds were sooooo comfortable and rooms were clean!!

Don’t expect anything too fancy but for what it was, really delicious. Good garnish and genuinely good food. I had barramundi and fish and chips both were amazing. We were a group of 20 and the only issue was that our food came in parts, but besides that I was really happy, it was quite fast.
