I never thought we would require the services of an event planner for a funeral, but an unfortunate death made this a reality. Tiffany was prompt, organized and kind while she steered us in the direction that we wanted for the burial of our mother. She has supported this type of event in the past and it was obvious in her care in choosing vendors that were appropriate for our particular requests. Tiffany was very attentive to our visions of the funeral and memorial event. The life celebration- from the flowers, to the beautiful venue, and foods- was a wonderful way to memorialize my mother. Tiffany responded to all requests via phone or electronically and was present through our entire day. She was our all around go-to contact and I would gladly refer her to those planning a private memorial or event.

I was fortunate enough to work with Tiffany for a client project on a short turnaround. Tiffany and her team were able to meet our specific needs and source local, sustainable and ethical vendors to help meet the requirements of our event. Our day went off without a hitch, despite a few last minute adjustments from vendors, Tiffany put our mind at ease. She was a joy to work with and able to offer a level of expertise to ensure everyone at our event was included and welcomed. I would recommend her for any event you need!

Tiffany of The Details Events did an awesome job assisting us in the months leading up to our wedding and especially on our wedding day! We felt really good being able to send her potential contracts for review and having scheduled check-in calls to make sure we were on top of things. She did a lot of work using software to help us figure out our layout and was flexible with our requests. Tiffany was always very timely with email responses which is super crucial with wedding planning. She sped up working on our timeline, when we were the ones who were delayed, and worked with our photographer to get it just right from all points of view.

In the week leading up to the day, we learned it was going to rain ALL day and mess up our plans for an outdoor ceremony. Tiffany worked super quickly and communicated with our other vendors to create a workable rain plan that required almost no additional effort from us except expressing our preferences. On the day, the flip went super smoothly and the room used for ceremony and reception looked amazing despite the super quick turnaround time. I felt so good knowing that things were taken care of on the day! Tiffany was also very helpful and flexible with our timeline - she was able to check in on our desires in the moment (we skipped the donut cutting last minute) which was super helpful since time was going by so quickly. Tiffany was also very calm throughout the whole process from beginning to end, and genuinely cared about our wedding going well. Thank you, Tiffany!

This is THE BEST company to hire to create and organize your event. I have seen the owner Tiffany work! She is awesome bringing your event vision to life!!! Yes, Details do MATTER! She and her team deliver just the right touch to any event. All of my calls were returned. Tiffany arrived on time and STAYED until the event was completed. Her best asset is her stylish level of taste. Tiffany listens, she is honest, extremely trustworthy. What an absolute joy it was to work with Tiffany at the Details Events. We enjoyed her calm demeanor not only on our wedding day itself, but the many months leading up to the celebration! Our ceremony was fairly traditional at a church, however our reception was on a family farm rather than a traditional event space. Tiffany offered great insights to us as we planned and prepared for our ceremony and, especially our reception. Day of, she did a great job communicating with our family and friends, many of whom had some role in the ceremony or at the reception. She also is incredibly organized and was the perfect liaison between others, including our photographers and our band. Tiffany has a positive, can-do attitude, and we now share the same anniversary as her and her husband, and thank them for working so hard on our day! Thanks so much for making our day such a special one, Tiffany!

From the very beginning, Tiffany made us feel comfortable and like we were being heard. Her calm and collected demeanor was extremely valuable in the week leading up to our wedding and especially on the wedding day. We didn't really jibe with the online software that Tiffany used (she's since changed platforms), but her responsiveness to email helped us figure out how to use it.

A dreary forecast almost drowned our spirits for our outdoor wedding, but Tiffany leapt into action and made an indoor plan, which included flipping the room during cocktail hour. She communicated the change of plans to our vendors and it went SO smoothly on the big day. It was a huge weight off our shoulders to know that we could trust Tiffany to take care of all things we just didn't have the time or expertise to think of. Thank you, Tiffany!

Tiffany is absolutely incredible and anyone looking for a truly remarkable professional to coordinate an event in the Durham area would be wise to hire her. The small, private university I work for in Iowa was fortunate enough to get to play in the 2021 NAIA Football National Championship in Durham and we wanted to put together a tailgate and postgame celebration for our fans and families to enjoy regardless of outcome. Given that I had two weeks to plan and the game was happening on a Saturday the week before Christmas, I found myself running into a lot of roadblocks as soon as I began trying to put things together. After a lot of dead-ends, I found Tiffany thanks to some Googling. After a 20 minute conversation, Tiffany knew what I needed and I felt incredibly confident I had found the best partner possible to make the events happen. From 1500 miles away, Tiffany was my boots on the ground in Durham. She secured rentals and spaces and caterers and made the impossible possible. I arrived in Durham 48 hours before the event to meet Tiffany and set eyes on the spaces, and I couldn’t have been more pleased. We ended up pulling off an awesome tailgate before the game with delicious food and a fab DJ under two big lighted tents with 400+ very happy fans who had traveled a long way to be there. After our team won the national championship, we proceeded to our postgame celebration at the perfect venue with more amazing food, the same awesome DJ, and all the right touches. Even when we had more people than originally planned and burned through food, Tiffany stayed cool and helped us make it work. I can’t say enough about what an incredible partner Tiffany was, and it was a credit to her that our fans and families were so impressed with our events. A football national championship had our little university shining anyway, but Tiffany made sure that the occasion was truly remarkable. I only wish she was closer to Iowa because I’d hire her anytime. If you need a great corporate event planner, look no further.
