I had to order from Uber Eats for same day delivery instead of ordering through the website, so I could not create the specific box that I wanted to send to a friend. I added some notes because the friend who I was ordering for has allergies. Not only did the person contact me to double check the order, I tried to get in contact with the store to clarify but couldn’t due to ubereats not letting me. The lady not only sent out what I wanted, but included a note with the order saying that she hoped that she had it right. I was so happy that she went above and beyond. In a world full of terrible customer service, it’s lovely when people care.

My SIL had The Cupcake Queens do her gender reveal Cupcakes. When she collected them, there was a few spots of coloured residue inside the box next to the Cupcakes, ruining the surprise.
She called to advise and was offered a store credit, no option for refund when clearly the store was at fault.
What was supposed to be a beautiful moment between first time parents, ended up being clouded with disappointment.

What an amazing bunch of staff that made a pregnant lady quite happy. I was craving cupcakes and they ran out of one of my favs and so they gave me an extra 4 cupcakes with a lovely congrats on it. So damn cute! I love you guys and the cupcakes were amazing. Thanks so much for making me smiles

When we entered the shopping centre, the first thing we saw was The Cupcake Queens. We promised we'd be back, and the employee working just smiled and said she'd be waiting. When we found our way back, she remembered our names and greeted us, being super friendly and open. When we went to order, she suggested the New Flavour, which was an apple crumble. She sold it exceptionally well. She then convinced me to buy a Vegan Chocolate cupcake instead of the Strawberry one, and I am grateful she did, because that was the best cupcake I've had. Overall excellent service, food, and atmosphere.

Could not have been more impressed with Cupcake Queens service. I placed my order 7pm the night before delivery. I made an error in delivery address and emailed notification at 730pm. CCQ had rectified mistake and delivered my mid morning the next day. All details corrected. Great service. And made my friends birthday. Thank you CCQ. 💖
