I have booked a few cruises with Belle from iTravel Penrith now and I couldn't be more impressed with the service she has provided me. She is very responsive (to the point that she answers queries after hours and on her days off!), helpful and knowledgeable. Her dedication to her clients is remarkable. I highly recommend her.

If I could give zero stars, I would. We were recommended to this agent to plan our first trip overseas as our original trip was cancelled, and we had money to spend on another. Arrived for our confirmed 3 times appointment to be told to wait 40 mins because they had double booked. This was in February this year…sat with a consultant for about 15 mins as she wrote down our budget and wishlist…no response to any messages left and thank good we found another agent and are leaving in 6 weeks for the holiday of a lifetime…found the owner, Belle I believe, to be quite rude and unhelpful. Will never recommend to anyone. 6 months later and still no call back…very poor service.
