Very friendly accommodating staff, surprisingly quite, perfect location. but for the $296 for 1 night was a little much for the room we had, while it was clean and served our purpose, room was outdated and for a family room very small. Essentially a standard room with a bathroom sized room for 2nd bedroom, that was clean and fitted 2 singles beds and a cupboard, room light is attached to the power point 1/2 way down the wall. Not next to the door. Door jammed and was hard to open. Wall lighting only , not roof lighting in bedroom (not very bright) The entrance/main room had a comfortable clean king bed, and all clean working appliances that is standard, an armchair with small round table and 2 chairs, which didn't leave much room. Maybe if this room had a double bed it would be a little more spacious, bathroom was clean and presented well, But outdated. room 25 wouldn't be recommended for a vacation stay with kids. Unless all you just need a room to sleep.

Had breakfast here with my wife. I had french toast with bacon and maple syrup, all cooked perfectly. My wife had a healthy breakfast bowl which was very fresh and a large serve. Coffees were very good.

Staff were so friendly, breakfast was excellent. We stayed on the ground level and on opening up the sliding door we were meters from the lagoon and sand. It was lovely watching all the dog walkers pass by and the children playing in the sand. Room was clean with a mini kitchen so we were able to keep a chilled bottle of wine and some snacks. We had a parking spot directly outside our front door which helped as we were an elderly couple with a big suitcase. Will definitely book again.

Such a lovely homely accommodation,so family friendly, only a stone throw from the room to the lovely lagoon connected to the beach!The staff were WONDERFUL, I accidentally made my booking for 2025 on booking.com and the lovely ladies on reception were very helpful and amended our booking and thankfully had a room we could use for the night.The room was very spacious and clean,the breakfast from the connecting Cafe was really nice and the hotel itself is only a short walk to the centre of terrigal.
We had such a great time will 100% return with our kids!

The clan at Terrigal is an older style motel but is impeccably clean. Check in was easy, parking was right next to our room and it is a short walk to town via the bridge or the beach.|There is a sign on the building saying that they have the best Breakfast on the coast. Well, I reckon they do and it’s included in the price of the room. The people in the restaurant are cheerful and service was prompt.

Every Accommodation we have stayed at Include Coffee/Tea in Breakfast menu.
Our Room Door Kept Getting Stuck.

Checked in Sat 11/01/25 for 3 nights, ground level overlooking the bay! Perfect location, room, breakfast and staff. 👍Bathroom/shower needs upgrage. Very pricey peak season/school holidays. Overall a fab stay! Thank you! "Jo" and Co.🌹🍾🎉

Short stay which turned out to be absolutely wonderful with our puppy (Kayahana) pet friendly stay, the room was lovely & clean the location was amazing but what really impressed the 3 of us was the staff. Firstly the cleaning staff where very happy to see Kayahana and the ladies at the desk where amazing and treated our little girl (horse) very welcome immediately adding a photo of her to the wall of pets pics and to top things of was an incredible looking breakfast and even better tasting. Althought we stay in Terrigal often we see The Clan in a different light great location walking distance to everything, lagoon and beach with plenty of activities at your fingertips,. Top marks to The Clan ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ .Thank you
