This was our second time eating here. The staff were extremely friendly and the food was delicious. I would definitely recommend this place for sure and we can’t wait to come back.

I can understand that the kitchen was closing soon at that time so we do appreciate that they still take us in on that day. So if you feel like giving 1 star for food is too harsh, I am happy to give two. However, the food quality is not proportional to the price.

When you serve both steaks (with different thickness) at the same time, you should realise there may be something wrong. Both were requested “medium rare”, which the eye fillet was served “medium” and the scotch fillet was served almost “well done”. None of your staff has ever bothered to simply ask us if we were happy with the food until we approached ourselves at the end. But still, we wouldn’t want to waste the food by asking the kitchen staff to cook again when they are more willing to clean up and go home for rest early.

On the other hand, the pumpkin itself smelled and tasted off, so it’s not about how you cooked or seasoned it, it’s about the fact. The first two of them tasted actually nice and sweet but the third one, you can smell weird directly before it got into the mouth. You are more than welcome to taste it yourself to be honest then you’ll understand the difference. In fact, the pumpkin still tasted off when the staff served it again and topped off with more pumpkins onto the salad instead of dipping them with the salad sauce. Hence, we didn’t finish them but leave them back to you.

Overall, nobody has tried and stopped us from leaving the restaurant, hence when you said we didn’t give you a chance to rectify the meal, it’s kinda sound like an excuse just for the public.

Hot damn, good vibes, great food and a very cool fit out in the church. Outdoor garden is real nice and the Mountain Culture on tap is a huge plus. Get some friends, grab a drink, some soul food and settle in.

But the meal quality doesn’t match the price.
Quantity over quality is not a solution at this price point. Menu is overly ambitious, but the basics looked good.

Atmosphere was fantastic and on point.
Service was lead by the owner and the young team were very efficient and friendly.

Overall a nice night out.

We have visited this restaurant back in October 2017 however it has changed management since and I have to say although we enjoyed this place before, it has definitely improved. The menu has so many amazing desirable dishes that we found it hard to choose. What we did have was delicious and fresh and the service was just fantastic. We appreciate the time the owner Ash spent having a chat with us and we will definitely return and highly recommend this restaurant for a great place in the Hawkesbury to dine

It’s such a lovely bar with amazing food and drinks. The ambience is incredible and has a lot of charm.
