A friend of mine took us to this restaurant for dinner. It was a unique set-up immediately giving off a Nepalese vibe, which was magnificent.
The nice thing was that there was a celebration taking place, and it was completely separated from the main dining area, affecting no other dinners .
The food was good as well. Would definitely go back if visiting Canberra again.

It’s a beautiful Nepalese restaurant in Gunghalin. The best thing is a range of Nepalese beer. The ambience is quiet and cozy, and they also have live music on occasions. The food is excellent and better priced than some other Nepalese restaurants.

Finally tried the Nepalese buffet breakfast here. There aren't many buffet restaurants in Canberra anyway.

Most breakfast items tastes good. However a lot of them were deep fried, which are not my favorite type. The porridge is the highlight for me and tastes very sweet and delicious.

I will come again to try the momo or thali set next time. Thanks for providing our Canberrans a different option for breakfast.

Good food overall, everything tasty. Regular quantity with slightly high price. Momos are recommended with both warp and filling praiseworthy. Need to mention that most dishes are very spicy, beware if you can't eat hot.
However, service could be improved, obviously below avg service compared to other similar restaurants.

The Chimney has nailed it with their Nepalese cuisine and cozy vibe. The atmosphere is spot on – think Nepalese charm meets hometown comfort.

The Wai wai sadheko (marinated instant noodles) was bursting with flavours and the Garlic naan was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside!

And let's not forget the staff – friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about their cuisine. Will be back to try the Momos!
