From the initial warm welcome we received to never wanting to leave, The Anchorage is an absolute gem. It’s all here, two pristine pools, a wonderful day spa, the breakfast buffets and dinners are superb, the rooms bedding and towels were spotless and the staff didn’t miss a beat. The branding, generosity and little details made our stay all the more memorable. Thank you for an amazing experience - our family has decided to make this our summer home away from home. Highly recommended!

Wow amazing stay at a fantastic resort.Rooms and amenities top class, could not fault.

Fantastic resort. Great buffet breakfast of everything you can imagine including champagne! Staff so friendly and accommodating. So lucky they had a generator as power after horrendous storms hit Port Stephen’s down to Stockton and everywhere was shut and I mean everything! Had cocktail hour with best pizza ever, not usually a fan but it was so tasty! Overlooking the anchorage of many boats. Swimming pool which had kids and large floating rings to lay on but then found adults only pool, phew! The only thing I think was a negative there wasn’t a “games” room especially for kids as I said no power in town so stuck at resort .places to sit comfortably were in twos and we were three. Staff once again friendly and attentive.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch. Lax, Katrina, Jordan, and Luka went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail made us feel so welcome.
The champagne breakfast was a highlight — delicious food with impeccable presentation. The guest amenities were thoughtfully curated, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. And the poolside? Simply stunning! It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind with majestic views of the yachts.
We can't wait to return. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking luxury, comfort, and exceptional service.

Beautiful place for R n R.. Everything was lovely. Rooms were immaculate. The only down side I would recommend would be to add a microwave in the room, different types of milk and to have more deck chairs around both pools to accommodate a majority of the guests. Every time we went to sit by the pool, there were no chairs and a lot had people’s towels and bags that weren’t even there. That was disappointing as we didn’t get to use either pools while we were there.

We stayed here for two nights and it was awesome!

The location was amazing even though it rained the whole time! Quick drive to Nelson bay.

The buffet breakfast was smaller than other hotels, but just as delicious! The juice bar is a nice touch.

I really liked how spacious the room was, and the view out to the Marina. The bathroom could have been cleaned better, as there was dirt and flies, but that’s just being picky. They have a great movie selection as well!

The only thing we found annoying was the service and wifi. It was quite weak.

But overall amazing and we will definitely come back❤️🎉

Location and room great. Almost there with this hotel. The team working in restaurant were lovely but I think management of the different areas could be better, feels like staff are working in silos. As example left over food left lying in pool area attracting birds. Also bar tended to shut around 9pm which isn’t great as not many other options in area.
The food in the restaurant was lovely and we had a great meal there.
My opinion is staff doing a great job but I think those managing this hotel could do better. All that said I did have a good stay and loved the area.

Fantastic resort. Very clean, relaxing and enjoyable stay. The restaurant food was beautiful as was the buffet breakfast. Friendly staff. Kid friendly with plenty of families staying. We used the resort as a base to explore the area, perfect location. We will be back.
