After a very poor start with my first PM my property was taken over by Karlie and I must say she has been exceptional. From the moment she took over the property she identified all of the issues with the current tenants (arrears, property condition etc) and communicated with me regularly and clearly to ensure I was informed. She was able to navigate a way forward that reduced my financial loss and got the difficult tenants out of the property. She then quickly rectified all issues and kept me in the loop with everything. She even changed cards so she could pick up some new blinds for the property! Karlie handled a very difficult situation quickly and efficiently and is an absolute pleasure to deal with.
