Spoke with Miriam the pharmacist today who was absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond to assist me. She was so informative, reassuring and knowledgeable. I visited the Terry White Bexley North pharmacy to have a prescription filled but was left waiting at the counter for too long while two staff members continued a conversation. That may have been forgivable had either acknowledged me or given any indication of the wait time.

When the pharmacist did serve me, her approach was unapologetic, clipped and unfriendly.

Unfortunately, the service rendered was no match the shop’s fresh look.

I will not be an inconvenience to TW staff in future.

Today I met Mary one of the friendly staff at Terry White Chemmart. I was also received excellent care from Michael and his team.

I have to admit that I watched Mary greet the customers with a friendly smile and kind words.

I have purchased one cream called La Roche Posay which I came for returned they denied to do and need manager permission
As customer I have right to returned staff are not helpful

Had my whooping cough vaccination here for pregnancy. Great communication from all staff, easy bookings process and massive bonus of barely feeling a thing when the vaccination was administered by the lovely pharmacist! Will be returning 🙂
