Visited today to pick up medication and needed a travel form signed as per insurance company directive but the middle aged Narcissist on duty refused to stamp or sign the travel declaration for me to claim back my travel. So if you want to experience some really unhelpful customer service - Eva, is the person to see. While we were there we were also attended to by Jess, who greeted us with a smile and pleasant to engage with. I have visited hundreds of providers in the past 3 years, Doctor's, Specialist's, Surgeon's and many other Allied Health Professionals and every one of them have happily stamped my travel claim forms without question........until today!

In this day and age of frustration with Customer Service, it’s great to know a business that makes this important. This chemist is a liar and took advantage of an old man
Ripped him of $160
And worse yet bullied staff into lying to cover for him.
I would not recommend you let your old love ones go here , as they will be taken advantage of and lied to and abused.
