I could not say about the rooms personally as we went to the bistro. But a young girl I met on the train ride earlier said they were very nice much better than another place she had been, so I gave a 5 for her.

The bistro was great. Great service and fantastic food. Really comfortable seats (which is not often the case in restaurants/bistros). Well worth a visit. All 4 of us were very happy with our meals and the prices were fair. All in all, a good night out.

We had a mothers days booking on the 11th of May 2025, we found the staff very friendly and very helpful under an extremely busy and challenging day. Unfortunately, the quality of the menu wasn't as great as we expected. It did take a long time to get our order delivered, which is understandable on such a busy day, but there was a chicken meal was served raw and many orders had ingredients missing and others not to what was ordered. Sorry for this review but I think you could be so much better.|I still gave a tip only because of the staff.

Staying in Healesville recently and the owner arbour guesthouse recommended this as the best pub in town. |Service was scratchy to be honest- had to knock a menu off another table to decide what to eat - no greet at door or menu up anywhere. |Food was quite nice, reasonably priced and timely. |Overall, I’d recommend to others.

Having been here for many family birthdays over the years we were shocked to be charged a fee for “cakeage” for bringing our own cake. We were not a small party on Anzac Day. We were not warned of this prior and would have booked elsewhere had we known. We also had to pay a 15% public holiday surcharge….. which compounds how unfair this charge is. We won’t be back, the food is not worth all of the extra cost!

The wonderful woman (Jess) who was the room cleaner was fantastic. Helped us so much. The young blonde girl in the bistro was amazing. Wonderful service and an happy and bubbly personality

Delicious food and friendly service . We were sitting under the trees 🌳 outside, providing us protection from the sun and enjoying the views 😎 of Healesville's surroundings.
