Excellent food & service!!! We celebrated Mother’s Day & a Birthday yesterday. Both events went well. The staff were amazing considering the Mother’s Day rush, the food was great and the wait time was minimal. Both management and staff are on point. Will definitely be celebrating more occasions at the hotel.

At $38 a parma that I had to order at a counter myself the food was truly abysmal. Dry and flavourless with a very minute serve of chips. I also ordered the lemon calamari for the table which was equally disappointing. It was somehow very oily yet soggy as though it had been incorrectly defrosted. The interior is quite impressive for a local pub but it doesn’t negate the poor food experience

Ask for the Vegan Menu! 😊🌱 very generous vegan share platter. Plant based schnitzel was very different to the usual vegan chick’n (which I prefer) but was nicely accompanied by the vegetable ratatouille. Sadly no fried tofu available on our visit which meant not all vegan dishes could be catered for. Service was great which made for a pleasant experience

Got the pulled pork Parma was very enjoyable and tasty. Probably on the down side are the prices of the food. Over $30 for a basic Parma, seems a bit over priced compared to other venues.

Garlic Prawn Rice was quite terrible, flavourless and prawns were quite small for the price charged! Rice was weird .. not fluffy and cold and veggies were absolutely tasteless! Don’t think I will be coming again anytime soon.

The weirdest place I've ever dined.
First never try anything they recommend it's food they are trying to get rid of.

The girl taking the order doesn't listen to you, as she asks the same thing 3 times, rare steak and mushroom sauce, she had to ask seperately 3 times.

The steak is average at best, not seasoned well and the cut of meat is so chewy had to spit most of it out.

The risotto was so bland didnt eat after one spoon.
Chips was soggy and cold.
The seafood was tiny nothing like the picture on display.

We ordered extra as usual and wanted to take some of the steak for later but apparently there is a TAKEAWAY LICENSE that is required that they dont have. What the hell is a takeaway license?

Finding hair on the food isn't even the worst part.
There were so many obnoxious ppl screaming across the hall asking what drink do you want, not to mention little kids on the carpet drawing on paper.
And to our luck some primary school kids with sports uniform was running around playing tag and sitting at our table.

To top this off we wanted to walk out of the other exit which went through the gaming lounge, literally 5meters distance , we were arubtly told off by the gaming room staff saying kids can not walk past here. Literally blocking our way with both arms..

Have been to your hotel lot’s of times and always enjoyed my meal, but not today! The Seniors meal prices are not comparable to other venues we frequent and the meal was terrible. After paying $27 for garlic prawns was very disappointed, there were about 6 small prawns and a big blob of rice and cold broccoli and cauliflower. We won’t be returning!
