I wish if there is less than zero stars to rate the customer service in Wethrill park Telstra shop . I just want to avoid going there but I have too sometimes, the employees are just not friendly or helpful they just ignore you as you don’t exist 🙄 plus they are just hiding in the back leaving the store unattended with many customers waiting to be served for long time .

The 2 girls that works there name start with Z. And O are terrible, Bad attitude. Bad customer service. Couldn't help me with anything but, there's a man neme Jovan He's the best.

if I could give the store no stars I would absolutely horrible horrible customer service. I went in to enquire about getting a new phone as I’m already a Telstra member on a phone plan just to be told I was not eligible even though when I made the switch I enquired and I asked them a lot of questions especially if I was able to get a new phone down the track they proceeded to tell me yes without any issues but when it came time to it, they change their tune. Unfortunately I also experience slight discrimination as well as I did explain my circumstances. Unfortunately I am going through breast cancer and on chemotherapy and therefore cannot currently work at this time. The person I had told me to my face if I wanted to get a phone to get a job like everybody else and they did not care of my circumstances.

I walked into Telstra planning to buy a new phone on a plan. I was quickly helped out by Jovan whom was extremely professional and quick at his work he helped me throughout the process of purchasing a phone on plan explain everything perfectly him and his team did extremely well. Terrible wait they say 30min and they'll call they didn't and we came in anyway made to wait 1hr with only 2 other customers in store. They talk to you like you're stupid. - To reply to the reply, they made an appointment and said in 30 minutes. got seen 1.5 hours after the scheduled appointment.
