Worst delivery company ever, every delivery i’ve ever been forced to get through this company I’ve received an sms/email saying "could not deliver package as nobody was home" all while i’ve been LITERALLY sat in my house, i really think they just can’t be bothered driving to my house and just take it straight to a drop point, complete laziness.

Terrible service. They clearly don't care about customer experience. I received one missed delivery slip at home. I called them and to my surprise, they advised that there would be no second delivery attempt and that I would need to go to collect the package from their Depot which was 1 hour drive away from my home. I asked the operator if I could have my wife collect the item on my behalf as she works in the area of the depot. They said no, you have to personally collect it and you can't give anyone else delegation to collect it. How ridiculous. Even Australia Post allows you to nominate a delegate to collect a parcel. On top of all of this , they said I had to collect it within 7 days or they would return the parcel to sender. Totally inconvenient.

Absolute rubbish delivery company... they don't call on delivery, they even send a semi trailer to do residential deliveries and then complain they can't park anywhere to do the drop off and try to make you pick it up from the depot. They delayed the delivery for five days saying it's a "traffic incident"... worlds longest traffic incident. I can see why they are rated the lowest ratings on glassdoors and Google. Don't recommend then to any company or person.

Worst delivery experience I've ever had, I organized a re delivery only to be told on the day that it was meant to be re delivered that the parcel wasn't sent out at all as I gave permission for it to be left without a signature and that didn't meet the senders instructions. There was no indication when i organized re delivery that this would happen.

In addition the live chat member simply stopped responding before I could organize a location to pick up my order from.

Can't believe I paid extra for the worst experience possible.

Got the delivery card - missed the delivery that was fine - called up they wouldn't tell me the address of the depot to pickup the package. The bloke just wouldn't tell me. Logistics company? How can you not know where a package you are in charge of is going? He said they have no idea of knowing which of their depot's the package would end up at.

Super Super worest delivery service ever met.
In order to rereive my parcel on time, I asked a day off today at home just waiting my parcel (29/Mar/2022), parcel not come but I found a empty 'Toll Note' in my mail box , when I check online , it showed delivered !!!! How can this happen? The deliver driver didn't press the door bell, also there is phone number on the delivery labelling, why can't just make a simple call ? when I called the TOLL, it said its delivered, where is my ITEM

From pickup to delivery is very slow Australia post is quicker paying good money for quick delivery and not getting it can take from 3 days to over a week to get stuff staff are friendly and professional phone staff try and and help and are very professional just delivery time is so bad it lets the whole thing down if they were faster on deliveries it would be 5 stars hopefully they fix this
