Delicious food. Amazing crispy thin pizza, with a a thick chewy crust!
Pasta was cooked al dente and reminded me of eating in Italy.
The staff were accommodating and very attentive to details.

Delicious Italian food in a great and comfortable atmosphere. The pizza was delicious and the base wafer thin, which was perfect. I loved the Pistachio Tartufo which is now my favourite dessert. The service was great.

A great restaurant to have a wonderful meal with family or friends.

We recently visited Tavolata in Preston. It has a really cool vibe and atmosphere, perfect for a casual night out. When we first arrived, the service was quite slow, and it took about 15 minutes before we were properly attended to. However, after this initial hiccup, the pace picked up, and they were quick to rectify.

We started with the salumi plate for two, which offered a decent selection of cold cuts like prosciutto, salami, and mortadella for the price. Unfortunately, the focaccia served alongside was cold and lacked freshness.

For our pizza, we chose the spicy salami pizza with nduja. The crust had a nice char and texture, and the toppings were flavorful and well balanced with a good amount of chew. The downside was that it was quite oily, which made it soggy if not eaten immediately.

Overall, Tavolata provided a decent meal with a few areas that could use improvement. Nevertheless, it's worth a visit for its vibrant ambiance and flavorful pizza.

Such a great little spot!
The food is pretty delicious here, really great authentic Italian food. All the dishes were full of flavour and super tasty.
The gnocchi was a standout for me - melted in your mouth, and full of flavour.

The service was also really good. Family owned busy, so the staff were super friendly and really attentive. always around when needed. Also really fun and had great banter.
The venue is also really nicely presented. Small, but cozy.

Really enjoyed the experience, and will definitely go back. Give it a go !

We had this week’s pizza special, and we loved the excellent balance of saltiness from the anchovies, the creaminess from the burrata and the sweetness from the tomatoes. It was divine! We will be back for the gnocchi ragu.

The only downside, I suppose, is that my partner complained that there was not enough heater in the backyard, but other than that, everything was immaculate! Staff would take care of you to a tea.

Really great pizza. Really accommodating staff for any changes or extra requests. We have tried probably every wood over pizza place in Preston/Reservoir and this is our current favourite.

I got the tiramisu tonight. Quite pricey but absolutely worth it.
