I cannot believe I had never found this place before after all the years I have been going to Tathra. This place is a gem. Great prices, beautiful rooms. I even had ocean views from inside my apartment and on my balcony without the price of ocean views accommodation. The surrounds were magnificent. Manicured gardens, fish ponds with beautiful carp, 2 swimming pools, a swim spa and a spa. The BBQ area was clean, large and a great place to sit and have a drink while you cook. They also did not charge for the BBQ like most places seem to do. The staff were so happy and friendly that they honestly seemed like they enjoy going to work each day. This was the office staff, the cleaning staff, the gardeners, pool cleaners - everyone! They were all happy! The position of Tathra Beach House was also a plus. Across the road from the beach, the shops at the end of the driveway, the bowling club 2 minute walk away and the country club about 8 minutes walk. Everything was so perfect, I was wondering when I would find something negative to say about this place, but it is just not possible. Congratulations to everyone associated with Tathra Beach House, you provided a 5 star resort style holiday option without the 5 star resort price. Cant wait to be back again real soon. What a fabulous resort to have a family holiday! Thirteen of us stayed here spreading ourselves out across three different units. Clean, comfortable and spacious accommodation awaited us. Plenty of parking was available and there were well maintained gardens, pool and spa areas to enjoy. The location is brilliant across the road from the beach with coffee shops handy to the resort. The staff were very accommodating, friendly and efficient.

We just came back from five days here and absolutely loved the place. It’s a proper mini-resort, beautifully landscaped and well looked-after - you can tell that the management and staff know what they’re doing and really care. Tathra itself is gorgeous. The beach is stunning and perfect for kids, the bushland is great for walks and mountain biking and full of life. And for a tiny place, the cafes, restaurants and pub are amazing quality. New favourite place - we’re planning to go back.

Cannot recommend Tathra Beach house enough.

Murray and his team are fabulous and very accommodating. If you should need anything ask them and trust they will do their best to help out.

Good sized two bedroom townhouse with two bathrooms which suited our needs best.

The shared facilities are fab with a large heated jacuzzi, good sized swimming pool, they have wine tasting some evenings in the function area near the pool.

Tathra beach house location is brilliant right across from the amazing Tathra beach, short stroll to the skate park, children's park and near the bowls club and shops.

Tathra is such a fab little town with wonderful people if your looking for someone nice to stay look no further.

We took the combination of 23a and 23b for a 2 bedroom easy access apartment. The layout and design of the apartment was perfect for walkers and wheelchairs. The bathrooms are huge with slide in showers, rails and shower seat. There were no trip hazards, plenty of space in the living area, a laundry and a dishwasher. An outdoor area provided a private terrace with BBQ. Excellent accommodation with friendly and efficient staff.

This is the best hotel we have stayed in on the whole of this holiday. Beautiful water feature gurgling nearby, gorgeous native plants landscaped surround. The room was set up so you felt you had a suite rather than simple room. None of those throw away tiny plastic packaged bathroom products but decent refillable containers. Even the footpath was patterned with imprints of plants. Would certainly recommend a stay here for anyone.

Have stayed at TBHA back in 2018, and it is still an unbelievable place to stay. The staff are all very friendly and are always more than accommodating with any questions we had. Pool/BBQ facilities are awesome and our little fella loved jumping in and out of the pool all day and checking out the fish in the little pond. The location to the beach, cafes, pharmacy, bakery is too good. All within 100m. Will 100% be staying again. Best place to stay in Tathra.

This is a wonderful place across from a sweet beach! I would recommend this to anyone- the property is maintained meticulously and the property itself is very nicely designed. The staff is all very accommodating and professional.
