Our experience with Tasmanian Wild Seafood Adventures on the "Deep to Dish" cruise was truly unforgettable. The nearly 5-hour trip was the perfect combination of relaxation, discovery, and pure indulgence. From the moment we boarded, we were greeted with fresh fruit, a light snack, and a refreshing drink, setting the stage for an amazing adventure.

Exploring Hobart’s scenic coastline was a joy, but the real standout was the fresh seafood. Caught straight from the sea and prepared right in front of us, the options were endless—fresh, seared, or stir-fried—and each dish was absolutely delicious. The whole process was open, clean, and felt premium from start to finish.

The staff were wonderful—professional, attentive, and friendly, ensuring everyone was well looked after. It was an extraordinary experience that I highly recommend to anyone visiting Hobart. You simply can't miss this adventure!

We had one full day in Hobart and we chose to spend that afternoon with Tasmanian Wild Seafood Adventures and I can’t imagine there would have been any better way to experience the beautiful scenery and fresh seafood that Tasmania has to offer. The crew was so knowledgeable and welcoming. We learned so much about the local seafood and how it is sustainably caught and cared for. We were lucky enough to see sea lions near the salmon farms and dolphins playing near the boat. We even shucked our own oysters! It was so fun to try all of the seafood, but the salmon preparations were absolutely lovely and the highlight of the food portion of the tour for us.
I cannot thank Dan, Ben, and Wes enough for giving us the best afternoon in Tasmania.

Amazing Seafood Cruise Experience!

I just had the pleasure of going on this seafood cruise today, and it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment we boarded, the crew was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a memorable experience. The boat itself was well-maintained, spacious, and offered stunning views of the coastline.

The seafood? Absolutely phenomenal! We were treated to the freshest, most delicious seafood I’ve ever tasted. The chef Dan prepared a variety of dishes – from succulent lobster and perfectly cooked abalone to tender sea urchins and oysters that tasted like they were just pulled from the ocean. There was also a great selection of sides and desserts, making it a full gourmet experience.

The atmosphere was relaxing, with a perfect mix of music and the sound of the ocean. We had plenty of time to enjoy the views, take photos, and just unwind.

All in all, this seafood cruise was one of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time. If you’re a seafood lover or just want a unique and enjoyable day on the water, I highly recommend this cruise. It’s worth every penny!

Will definitely be booking again for another seafood adventure!

Can’t get seafood any fresher than this! Thank you to the team (Shane, Sam, Ruby & Wes) for the exceptional experience on the Deep to Dish Seafood Tour. It was 5 hours of feasting on the freshest abalone, periwinkle, urchin, salmon & lobster, oysters - all cooked in multiple ways! Plenty of food to go around, great atmosphere on board & the greatest team answering any questions we have. If you only have a short time in Tasmania, this is the place to be!

Special thanks to Sam for helping us with our flat car tyre - he went above and beyond to ensure that we had a safe car to drive off!

The staff are fantastic, scenery incredible, and seafood sublime.

This cruise offered a scenic view of Hobart, showcasing sea cliffs, the D'Entrecasteaux channel, and Bruny Island. The seafood was well prepared and extremely fresh. We even got to watch a crew member dive to collect fresh sea urchins and periwinkles for us!
We also loved the chance to shuck our own oysters and scoop sea urchin rows.
The large lobsters were a highlight.

The boat is comfortable and well appointed, and the local staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

We were lucky to have up close and personal wild life encounters, with a group of seals coming to investigate us. On the way back into Hobart we had a large pod of dolphins ride the bow wave of the boat, providing an excellent opportunity for viewing and videos.

It was a special day out, and we left happy and full of seafood. Thank you TWSA staff for creating a once in a lifetime experience!

Had an absolute blast on the cruise! The boys were extremely knowledgeable about the local seafood in the area and made the trip super comfortable and yummy too. We were so full from the yummy seafood they served on the boat. Would 100% recommend doing this tour if you are visiting Hobart and want to try out some fresh seafood!
