We are returning clients, and have come to rely on Tanya for more than her good pricing, the service we have received is incredible. Our most recent trip is a perfect example of why everyone needs Tanya on their team.
The airline cancelled our flight the night before we flew. Tanya notified us, gave us options and made all arrangements, thank-heavens we weren't left trying to make alternative plans on our own. The Airline had also forgotten to add our personal purchase online of pre purchased additional luggage to our new flight. A call to Tanya and we were sorted.
At check in on our return flight we discovered the Airline had booted us out the prepaid economy-X seats. We notified Tanya from Hobart airport. Nothing that could be done to get our original seats back, so Tanya took control and lodged our request for a refund immediately. What a champ!

In times of a global pandemic, Getting out of Perth WA during 2020 was impossible.
