The ferry service to Tangalooma is very professional and informative. It was a mild day which made for a smooth trip across Moreton Bay. We were met by hosting staff who explained our vouchers and experiences. Had use of the day lounge which was great. Did the Marine cruise around the wrecks and feeding the fish was great. Lots of comfortable food venues for lunch. Dolphin feeding at night was the highlight followed by the return to Brisbane. Highly recommend this day trip

A wonderful day in a wonderful place. Staff were very friendly, facilities were spot on. We did a day trip to show international visitors how great the Australian environment is. I've been in Brisbane for 30 years and I didn't realise how close and easy Tangalooma is to get to in order to see reef fish - the snorkelling was excellent!! Highlight of my year.

Our day at Tangalooma was simply amazing!!! Great service, friendly staff, lots of activities and the whale watching cruise was perfect!!! We saw over 15 whales, some of them breaching just beside the boat.
Great value for money, too.
We will definitely come back.

Spent the day at Tangalooma. Had lunch at Fire & Stone: the serving sizes are huge and the food is very delicious. Did a snorkelling tour of the wrecks: the current was a bit strong so it was a little hard to enjoy but our guide Risa was really helpful and made the tour very enjoyable. There was heaps of fish and the wrecks were really cool. All the staff at Tangalooma were helpful and full of smiles.

An absolutely beautiful day well spent - from watching the Kookaburra feeding, to Whale Watching and Dolphin Feeding, this was an absolutely amazing experience. All staff were lovely, the food at the resort was lovely, and it was an irreplaceable experience.

The sloppy attire of the catamaran crew for the boat ride over was the first indication that customer service is not a high priority for this resort. The Captain's commentary informing us of points of interest along the river and keeping us abreast of other shipping was very good and interesting. Staff on the island were very sloppy with their customer service. It felt like they didnt know their job very well or how to welcome and talk to guests. Or smile and provide accurate information. This may be a result of employing young staff and providing them with very little training. They also need experienced managerial oversight and direction provided to them. The food was very ordinary. The team's adherence to safety procedures was very good on the snorkel tour.
