Had the best time. The horses are all well kept, friendly and Jason and Christine make sure you are having a great time when you go out for a ride with them. Our group had folks with and without much prior experience and everyone loved it. My friend and I had the most amazing experience here last month during our summer road trip. A friendly family run farm with gorgeous horses and a newly opened petting zoo. Definitely a must visit if you’re in Tamworth. Will certainly come back whenever I’m in the area.

My 6 year old is obsessed with all things cowboys. After my brother in law organised an experience with Jason, he was over the moon. Jason and Christine where so patient and kind to us, we left feeling like we’ve always known them. All of their animals are well looked after, happy and cute! Even though this trip was for the kiddos my husband and I also learnt so much. The hospitality was amazing hoping once my youngest is old enough to ride we can go on a family horse ride. Thanks again for having us, made the drive from Sydney totally worthwhile.

30 min drive from tamworth center, it is an another open wild place to get a horse riding. Beautily vegetation and open sky, the family own business is planing for night accommodation this year too. Christine and Jason are extremely friendly and very professional to guide the ride. Thanks to them it was basic learning but a big happy step for the first time rider as it gave confidence to be on ownself. Hoping to go back soon!

Kootingal horse riding is a fantastic way to spend the day with the family. Jason and Christine and their lovely girls have a beautiful property with friendly horses. Our kids (11 and 13) loved the two hour ride and it was the highlight of our Tamworth trip.
