I have been absolutely amazed by Marilyn, the volunteer staff member who helps and guides the visitors in this information centre.

I walked in to ask an address for a fall, which she impressed me with her great attitude to my family and i and other visitors who were also there at the same time as us.
She is quite knowledgeable about the area and I could feel how helpful is this information centre for the inter state visitor like us.

She gave us a lot of options with patience & passion about the area and we planned our visit to those places accordingly.

I believe this information centre is a great support and people like Marilyn make it interesting and helpful for the visitors

Keep up the great work and we will definitely visit this place on our next visit to the area.

I visited the tamborine mountain visitor centre on Sat 5/7/25. Sue was the volunteer there at that time. I found Sue to be most informative, friendly and willing to share her knowledge with me. Her passion for sharing knowledge of the area was evident. The experience was excellent and most helpful. It is a great service to visitors and community. Well done. Thanks Sue and all the other volunteers who share their time.

Such kind and knowledgeable helpers. We only had a day at Tamborine so the advice was awesome to be able to see the best things and suited for older teenage kids. We loved our visit and look forward to returning one day.

Fantastic and friendly service by Paul. Very detailed information about the walks around Tambourine. He checked to make sure all the walks were open and found out 2 were not available to access. Also very helpful regarding parking for both walking and gallery shopping . Thank you Paul

I called in to the Tamborine Mountain visitors centre today and was lucky enough to meet Robyn who could not have been more pleasant and helpful. She took the time to expand on the information provided and got me set up to be able to visit many of the attractions in the time that I had available.
