Anna and Rachel organised our Koh Samui wedding and it couldn't be more perfect if they tried. Everything went so smoothly, from the catch ups in Melbourne to the Wedding day and the recovery party. All of my guests had such a great time with some saying it was 'the best wedding' they've ever been to.
If you are looking at a destination wedding, Take us to Thailand truly are the way to go. Its stress free for the bride and groom, doesn't cost and arm and a leg and the atmosphere is something to be in awe of. Thank you Anna and Rachel for everything you had done to make our day one to remember. You are both so great at what you do!

TUTT is fantastic! Anna, Rachel and Fiona were wonderful to work with and our wedding & honeymoon out even better than we dreamed of (and we dream big!).

In brief: TUTT helped us plan a wedding that all our guests said was the nicest they had ever attended. The bride and I were blown away by how amazing everything turned out. It was the wedding of our dreams and trip of a life time. In addition to the wedding, TUTT also helped us plan our honeymoon throughout Thailand and the Maldives, recommending amazing lodging and securing great deals. We've been home for 6 months now and still talk about it daily.

In more detail:
We had not even been to Thailand before the wedding so we put all our faith in the recommendations of TUTT and they did an amazing job. Everything was to our taste and beyond expectations. We had done some research prior to hiring them and found it to be too hard to coordinate on our own; we would have ended up with a wedding package at some resort could never have matched our personal desires. We also interviewed another Thailand wedding planner that was less expensive and found they basically just marketed the same wedding packages the hotels list on their websites. After one call with TUTT they returned 4 wedding venue options that would have all been amazing, including the one we had chosen from our own research but thought too costly. They made it work for our budget and every item and detail was bespoke to fit our wants and budget.

They planned 4 full days of wedding activities for us including a welcome reception, boat trip to the amazing islands of Krabi, wedding that included events at 5 different locations on the property and a farewell feast the day after. These multiple events made a huge impact on us and our guests; since everyone had traveled so far, we wanted more than just one evening of events and TUTT made them all great.

They helped with travel advice and lodging for our guests too. We had 55 guests traveling mostly form US but also UK and Sri Lanka. They negotiated reduced rate room blocks at 4 different resorts to accommodate all budgets and arranged airport transfers and dinning/activity recommendations. Each property was outstanding.

We spent about 15 hours on skype calls with Anna and Rachel reviewing every little detail of the wedding and it all came together perfectly. The band, the cocktails, the food (absolutely the best wedding meal anyone's ever had, one of the best meals we had in all of Thailand), the venue, and the visit from a baby elephant... Objectively, this wedding was amazing.

As mentioned TUTT also got us great stays for our honeymoon in Phuket, Chiang Mai, Bangkok and the Maldives. Each stay was less expensive than we found online and included extras like transfers, breakfast and/or spa credits.

Where do I begin! I reached out to Anna over two years ago when my husband and I decided to get married in Koh Samui. He is British and I am from Australia, so we felt that it would be the perfect half way point for our friends and family to meet. We were living in London at the time and neither of us had been to Koh Samui but speaking with Anna, we knew that we would be in great hands.
We were lucky enough to meet Anna when she was in London and her knowledge about Thailand was clear, she is incredibly organised and you immediately feel calm about the whole process. So many friends would ask me about how stressed I was about the wedding and they were always shocked when my response was that I’m calm and not worried about a thing! That was all down to Anna, we knew that she understood what we were after and that she was going to ensure we had the best two weeks.
We spoke many times over FaceTime and emails and Anna was always so helpful with any questions or concerns that we had. She did an amazing job with the set up of our wedding website and was incredible with assisting our guests with accommodation bookings or activity recommendations.
Once we moved back to Australia, we met with Anna a few times again to go over all the finer details. I was so impressed with the level of detail, including a 15 page style guide document, as well as an excel spreadsheet itemising the cost of every aspect of the wedding.
When we arrived in Koh Samui, I was more grateful than ever to have Anna helping us. James and I didn’t have to worry about a thing, everything was organised and all we needed to do was to enjoy the time with our guests and turn up to our events.
Our welcome drinks at Sala Chaweng was such a great way to kick off our wedding. It was a beautiful setting and a chance for all our friends and family to get to know one another. The food and drinks were perfect and Anna was there to ensure everything ran smoothly.
Anna also helped my sister with the organisation of my hens day at Chi Samui and this was another perfect event. The food, drinks, styling and transportation were all fantastic and my guests and I had such a fun day.
Our wedding day at Ban Suriya was more than I could have ever dreamed of. The villa itself was incredible and the staff were so kind. The night before the wedding, there was an amazing group of guys who were working late into the evening to set up our marquee. This went to show the amazing suppliers that Anna works with. For the wedding, the flowers were more beautiful than I could have ever envisaged, the styling for the reception was perfect, the band, photographer, videographers, catering and all the other suppliers were 5 star. Everything went perfectly and there is not one detail that I would want to change. James and I truly had the best day of our lives and Anna gave that to us. My parents are also incredibly grateful to Anna, as her organisation allowed them to relax and enjoy the day.
We had a recovery pool party at the villa the next day for all of our guests. Anna also organised this and we had the most incredible lunch, along with bar staff to serve our guests the best cocktails! Every guest commented on how incredible the week was and that every event was planned perfectly.
Anna also helped us organise a small honeymoon at the end of our time on the island and, unsurprisingly, every detail was perfect. We didn’t have to worry about a thing.
I could go on about how fantastic Anna is but if you’re planning a wedding then I encourage you to find out for yourself. It will be the best decision you make and your day will be more perfect than you can picture.

We decided to elope last minute during our vacation to Phuket, I sent out a handful of emails to companies that advertised that they could help put things together. Anna responded immediately but with a few questions instead of a laundry list of services and fees. After a few emails we decided to go with her and all I can say is that she put together a day that we will never forget. Everything was perfect, the flowers, the location, the people, the photographer, everything. She did all of this inside of a week!! The villa was exactly as advertised (well actually it's nicer, our own villa with a private pool). She was able to get our ceremony on the beach (we lucked out with the weather in the rainy season) and the dinner on the rooftop of the restaurant was just amazing. I can't recommend her high enough, professional, timely, and affordable. We will always be in her debt for putting this together so quickly. Thank you!!

Where do we start!?

Anna and Rachel are just fabulous at what they do. On behalf of myself and my new husband we can’t thank the girls enough for their expert service.
They make everything SO easy. To put it into simple terms the only thing my husband and I had to do was buy our outfits.
One of our worries about a destination wedding was making sure employed an experienced company to take care of everything and even after our first FaceTime conversation with the girls we knew we were in safe hands.
It was the little things like them coming over to Sydney from Melbourne to meet us in person, and not just once either.
A destination wedding was perfect for us as I’m from the UK and my husband is Australian so we wanted to have the wedding somewhere in between that was convenient for everyone. And to be honest I had no idea where to start. They listened to everything we had pictured for our wedding and came back to us with options that covered it all.
They both give you a lot of help guiding you towards the best options as well, bearing cost and budget in mind the whole time.
We decided to get married at the Four Seasons in Koh Samui and couldn’t fault a thing. The day was perfect from start to finish. They didn’t miss any detail and went above and beyond for us. Little things like making sure my husband had cold towels throughout the ceremony, which added a bit of comedy, to going all the way back to my room to get my make up bag for me in the middle of the evening.
I couldn’t recommend more having a little pre and post party too, it meant we could get everyone together to meet and catch up before the big day. It also made the wedding feel a lot longer than just the one day of celebrating.
I could talk about the girls forever but honestly I wouldn’t look anywhere else if you’re planning an overseas wedding, these girls are the best and have so many contacts in Thailand, there isn’t anything they can’t do.

From the moment that I spoke to Anna and Rachel, I knew they were going to be able to help us make our day be the one that we wanted.

They listened and gave us time and realistic choices, always being upfront with costs.
We had previously lived in Thailand before so knew where and what we wanted. However, being a busy working family with family and friends here in Sydney and in the UK it always seemed so hard to organise what we wanted on our own.

So ....we put our trust into these ladies and they didn’t let us down. Always chased us up with calls, emails and FaceTime. We even had drinks in Sydney together to get to know each other before going to Thailand which made the working relationship work even better we feel.

The detail to attention was just perfect, from the food choices, which were amazing ...to the stunning flowers being delivered to my room. We organised events prior and post the wedding also and these guys helped out with whatever they could ...
I remember looking at the tables decorated on the beach, just as we had wanted them to look - made me feel so happy - they just looked so beautiful.

Cian and I are from Ireland but live in Perth, Australia. We knew we wanted a destination Wedding but we didn’t know where to begin. After eventually setting our sights on Thailand we came across TakeustoThailand. I was really impressed with their website and the hotels they had to offer but wasn’t sure if it would be within our price range. We were conscious of our budget and wanted to know how much everything was going to cost upfront so we initially looked at their Renaissance hotel package in Mai Kao beach.
We had so many questions as we had never stayed in Mai Kao beach and had never been to the hotel, we planned to get married in. We had a lot of guests coming from Ireland and Australia and had no idea where to begin organising welcome party’s/ after party’s etc. Cian spoke with Anna , who was really helpful, she talked him through all the options and gave him a good idea of the costs involved and options we had. Cian was really impressed with Annas professionalism and knowledge we decided to go for her suggestion The Sala hotel in Mai Kao beach.
Words cannot describe how amazing this hotel was, it really was the perfect venue. The service was amazing, the food was to die for and the pool villas were pure luxury. Nothing was to much for the staff. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone contemplating a wedding in Thailand.
Anna stayed in touch with us over the 6 months before the wedding and organised everything really well. She took the hassle out of everything. Organising a destination wedding is no small task and while I have no doubt it can be done; it was so worth using TUTT to organise not only our wedding but our beautiful welcome party and after party. I didn’t know where to begin searching for a venue for the welcome party but once I described to Anna what I wanted for the welcome party she organised a beautiful party in Surin beach with a drinks and food package that was amazing. Our guests absolutely loved it.
Annas knowledge of the area and suggestions for local restaurants/bars was great and this is where I really felt the benefit of using TUTT. I knew the wedding was going to be top quality with Anna organising it, the presentation was beautiful, and the location was perfect. So many guests said it was the best wedding that were ever at. For me it was the best 2 weeks ever in paradise.
