We gave Briony the huge task of planning a trip for 8 people over multiple spots throughout the country of Australia over a month long time period. We had a huge list of things we wanted to do and see. She did a great job of helping me narrow my list down and pick the best opportunities and places! Big thankyou to Briony (Tailored Travel and Cruise) for another amazing holiday.
Our whole experience was seamless and her suggestion of cruising (as opposed to sitting on a Resort beach for 7 days) worked out better than expected and was absolutely the right choice. Her in-depth knowledge of this particular cruise (i.e., what activity / restaurant etc. to book and when) was invaluable and one that definitely set us up for the most enjoyable experience possible.

Briony was referred to us by a friend and we have found her to be a delight to work with on our travel plans. She helped us with our trip to Europe last year (2022) and to the Americas this year (2023). Once everything is finalised, Briony provides us with an app for our iphone which has been fantastic. The app has the full itinerary with flights, hotels, car hire, tours, insurance, etc - everything about your trip is included – plus pdf's for additional info and the like. We found it so very helpful. Briony is very much a people person and so interested in what you plan to do and see, the types of accommodation that is suitable, flights, layovers etc, plus getting to know your personality - likes & dislikes. Hence her objective to help get the best outcome for a pleasurable trip. We are now planning our 2024 trip with Briony. It's nice to have someone to bounce ideas off and obtain a professional second opinion. We have recommended Briony to a number of friends as we have confidence in her providing travel knowledge supported by experience.
