Excellent professional and attentive service, ALWAYS, this is not the first time that the team solve our problems, or get us refunds, etc. and special thanks to Travel Advisor Tracey, who, in a difficult Covid-19 era, managed to get me to Singapore and back at the last minute, and in minimum time, for the best price. This was a very hard job involving waiting lists, a flight cancellation, and multiple attempts everyday to improve the situation. A thorough knowledge, insider infos, and professional contacts demonstrate the need for travel agents. I couldn't have done it by myself (although I am very familiar with unconventional travels). You have all my gratitude and I will be delighted to work with you again.
